Bellman Kenny is outstanding! Overall, staff is excellent. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. A small "step" (~1") from bedroom to bathroom was a little annoying. Elevator doors were narrow. Easy walk to Grand Central Terminal. Overall a very nice hotel.

I booked this hotel through expedia and turned a good deal. The hotel is in a great location with walking distance from time square that I did multiple times a day. There's a few hot dog stands in the area that is very continent. The restaurant was a plus. Even thou there are plenty of restaurant on the area we...

We were unsure prior to arrival, but really enjoyed the experience of this hotel. Great location, good service, great public spaces, rooms renovated but a little small. Every part of the hotel was well cleaned and the staff was terrific. The downstairs bar area is pleasant and a great place for a small group meeting or get together. Within walking...

In town for a funeral and the Marriott East Side couldn't have been more convenient to our family in Queens while still being in the middle of it all in Manhattan. We were unbelievably grateful for everything that the Marriott team did for us during this pretty stressful time. The staff (reservations, housekeeping, bartenders, doorman and receptionists) was all very...

My wife and I got what was I swear a queen-sized bed even though Marriott said it was a king, in a very tiny room. More frustratingly, as others have mentioned, every car honk and bus stop from Lexington Ave below was audible from the room. I called the front desk and asked if a quieter room would be available...

Good Afternoon, Thank you so much for your feedback. I'm sorry your original room placement was noisey and not as comfotable as you wold have liked. Unfortunatly, being in Midtown Manhattan we do suffer from a large percentage of noisy rooms. I know we were very busy that day, but the bell service could have definitly been much more accomodating...

My partner and I stayed at this marriot lexington and 49th st. The location was exactly where we wanted to be ( main reason besides the brand we chose it). After a couple minor issues w lamp and the tub, we asked to be moved the next morning. Rosario at the front desk was really friendly and helpful, got us...

I just stayed here this past weekend in NYC and really enjoyed this hotel. They just refinished the lobby and it's very nice inside, the rooms are standard rooms for a Marriott and actually quite big for NYC standards. My room didn't have much of a view at all, just of another building but that's the only complaint that I...

Stayed for business and weekend family visit. Very clean rooms. Would like to see them fit 2 queen beds in the current 2 double room configurations. Mattresses were a little soft for me as well. Maid service was excellent. Like the concierge lounge during the week, but wish it was open weekend mornings. Staff was super friendly, especially Carol who...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
