I really enjoyed my stay at the Frederick Hotel in NYC. Jasmin at the front desk was wonderful and made my stay even nicer. Always with a smile and ready to accommodate to guests' needs. Very attentive and professional! I look forward to rebooking this hotel in my next trip to NYC.

Hotel's Favourite
We loved staying at The Frederick! A perfect hotel. And our room was just right for us. The windows, the views, the bathroom and the size of the room! Thank you so much. We will be back again and again. The lobby smells incredible, the staff wonderful and the little bar is fabulous with delicious margaritas!

The entrance proclaims this as "Small Luxury Hotels of the World." In my opinion that should be changed to "small ordinary hotel on West Broadway!" Ok, so, small hotel rooms are not a rarity in Manhattan, but this was tiny!! The "closet" is a gap that couldn't accommodate an average sized mans shirt, without placing the hanger at an angle, not to talk of a jacket! I didn't have a mini bar in my room, which wouldn't have been a problem... if it were a motel room! The room doesn't have any tea/coffee making facilities, something which is standard in not so luxury hotels, small or large! Of my 7 night stay I attempted to eat at the small table once and regretted it as the chair had a broken leg and I almost fell off it. I then called down for some ice and 30 minutes later the ice arrived in a large plastic bag! I asked if there aren't any ice buckets available and was told no!. I asked for the ice to be brought in a cup and after another 20 minutes the ice was brought o me in 4 plastic cups! I'm not sure which rooms the 5 star reviews in December 2021 were in, but the room I was in on the 3rd floor, certainly is not worth more than 2 stars! I would neither stay here again, nor recommend to anyone wanting a decent hotel room with decent facilities!

The location is exceptional. Literally steps away from the Chambers subway station. We had a king suite: king bed and pull out sofa. Plenty of room for two adults and kids age 10 and 12. Floor to tall ceiling windows that open! Thermostat was accurate and room temp was always on target. A J at the front desk was accommodating to our every request. Amazing customer service. Linens were exceptional. We never had to wait more than 10!seconds for an elevator. Lovely first time stay for my grandsons.
