We spent a week there recently, we found the hotel to be excellent - especially for the price.
We were immediately upgraded to a suite which was huge. Massive sitting room, large bedroom, dining table and small kitchenette containing fridge, coffee maker & microwave.
My son and I just returned from NYC this week. We stayed at the Salisbury Hotel on 57th street for 4 nights. Our room was just a regular room but very spacious in comparison to other hotel rooms. Bonus for New York City was a...More

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

Hi - I don't remember specifically; however, I do know it was a charge we did not feel was justified and therefore, we did not use our wifi at the hotel. It was in teh $20-$25 range and it was a PER DEVICE charge, not per room. We went to a Starbucks close by when we needed it. We have 4 children, 2 of whom are teenagers and they LOVE their wifi, however, they did not complain about this once, probably because we were out so much. If I were traveling for business and had work to do, this might be a concern for me. For us, it wasn't an issue. Hope that helps.
