Our first trip to New York, we found Hotel Beacon to be very spacious and clean. The hotel was centrally located and staff very eager to be of assistance at all times. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Upper West Side.

Upper west side location, a few blocks from the park and playgrounds. Deluxe market and food store across the road for catering. Two bedroomed suites. And reliable reasonable price on par with airbnb. Why take the risk of booking an apartment online when an apartment hotel like this is available? Kids loved the windows and outlook on a busy steer...

Stayed 4 nights for work. Good location but rooms are dated - cracked paint, chipped woodwork and similar. Biggest issue was that I spent 4 days and 4 nights listening to the TV noise from the person next door in room 1619, who I think must be a long-term resident. I rang reception every evening to see if anything could...

I would definitely recommend staying here. A short walk to the subway where we purchased a pass for the whole week. A big shop across the road Fairway which had everything we needed. The staff here were amazing especially the doorman. Thus is a 10/10 hotel.

A block from the 1,2 or 3 subway line, surrounded by restaurants and across from a supermarket, can see the Hudson from the upper floors. Living an hour away from NYC, my husband and I had tickets to a concert at the Beacon Theater and wanted to make a weekend out of it. The Hotel Beacon is right next door and was perfect. Well located in the quieter Upper West Side. This hotel is excellent for families staying a few nights, offering big rooms and kitchens. Fairway market across the street and Central Park just a few blocks away.
