I was able to get checked in before 11 am and the platinum late checkout of 4pm was granted without question. The room was on the 2nd floor; so no view of any kind :-) Water pressure in the shower was great. The room was small but everything worked fine, the bed was comfy, room was clean. The hotel had coffee and water available free of charge at any time. There is no breakfast at this Aloft. Very convinient to subway (Fulton) to/from JFK; PATH's WTC station.

When we checked in the front desk agent was so nice and helpful and friendly.The rooms was clean and quiet considering their was construction on the corner. The problem started with the frond desk working the afternoon/evening shift. She couldn't be bothered. We came back from the day and I said hello, she completely ignored me. I then asked if we could get a few more hangers, sure I ll have someone bring them up. That never happened, I had to go back down to the lobby the next morning and ask the nice agent, They were there within 5 minutes. Also on that first night, we couldn't get our window to shut. We called down and the agent put us on hold 3 times and never picked back up, once waiting about 7 minutes. I finally had to go down and ask in person, luckily there was someone else at the desk, or it probably wouldn't have been fixed. I am a marriott rewards member and stay in a variety of different properties. I don't expect the service I get at the Ritz-Carlton when I stay at Aloft or AC Hotels, however some sort of guest service should exist.…

This place is terrible. TERRIBLE!!! I walked in the door after taking a cab from LGA and they said they were overbooked and had no room for me. Then why did they charge my card when I booked the reservation? They handed a letter to me literally (yes, literally) "introducing" me to whom it might concern and told me to go to another hotel (whose name I will not mention in fairness to the other hotel). No promise that the other hotel had a room for me or even the address of the other hotel. After pitching a fit, they miraculously found me a room. While this is a great location (a couple blocks from Pace and the courthouses), don't be lulled into booking here. What good is the location if you don't actually get to stay there?

I really loved staying at this aloft. My kids enjoyed the popcorn and hot chocolate. The location was close to food and shopping. The staff was always helpful and nice. Shaina, Tempess and Nayln really made our stay special. we can’t wait to visit again in the summer.

We had a fantastic stay!! Mark at the front desk was very accommodating with everything we needed! 10/10 experience!! The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable as well. Definitely will stay again!

What a fantastic hotel, right in the middle of Manhattan’s financial district. The hotel was located within walking distance of numerous attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We got to see a fraction of what we wanted to see, so we’ll definitely be back.

The location was great and room was nice. However, the walls are paper thin and there was no freezer to store my breast milk. The front desk kept moving it to different refrigerators and seemed uncaring when I explained I had to throw out milk because my ice packs weren’t frozen for the day. I asked if they had a freezer for the food they put out and they said no. I had to dump 4 days worth of breast milk. Luckily, I was nearing the end of my breastfeeding journey because otherwise my son would have been starving when I returned. It was infuriating how this common occurrence could not be accommodated, nor did anyone seem to care.
