This is the type of experience money can’t buy. It is worth every penny, and even more. It is an experience that is out of this world! I have a younger brother with Autism Spectrum Disorder who is mostly nonverbal, and the staff went out of their way to attend to his every wants and needs, interact with him, and make him feel special. This right here is the reason why my family and I will be coming back as often as we can.

Had a wonderful experience at the plaza hotel for afternoon tea in the palm court. Ambience was amazing. Fariz was excellent, extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and special during my birthday. Thank you again! Cannot wait to come back !

I highly recommend The Plaza, not only because of its history and luxury, but for the quality of people they have in their work team, the waiters Hassan, Amir and Andrei at the bar were so warm and nice! This was an indulgent afternoon tea for my husband’s 50th Birthday. The Palm Court is beautiful and has an ambiance that is suited to such a grand experience. Yes it is maybe a bit extravagant but it is perhaps once in a lifetime that you have the opportunity to dine in the plaza ! Enjoy 🥂 🍰 ❤️

I and my daughter went to have the High Tea in the Palm Court. The food was delicious. My tea was excellent. Our waiter Kabir was very attentive. He made us feel very welcome. We were never rushed. The one thing I would note is we felt the charge could be a little lower. If it were, we would go more often. This was our first time there. All the staff were very friendly. The hotel is decorated beautifully.

My name is Eva Maria and I’m 9 years old. The Plaza is such a fancy and luxurious place. Afternoon Tea at The Plaza was such a great experience! I had a big restriction for cheese and my server was so nice about it! The food and the tea was amazing and our server (Fariz) was extremely helpful and nice. He made my experience extra special and kept a smile on his face even when I asked for many changes because of my food restrictions. My Mom and I had an awesome time! It was a great way to spend our last day in New York. Mom: My daughter and I had an unforgettable afternoon tea experience at The Plaza, thanks to Fariz! He was absolutely warm, kind, enthusiastic and accommodating. He really took time to make my daughter feel special and show her top notch service. She was truly treated like a Princess! The food was exquisite! The children’s tropical garden tea was the best we’ve ever had! My daughter had two pots! We had so much food, we had to box it up! Can’t wait to return!!!
