First of all Personnel were friendly and helpful. Sorry to say this is not 4 stars. There is a huge lack of maintenance and rooms really need an update. Heater was not working. bathroom needs new sealants. no ventilator. Bedlamp fell off the wall. Bed was broken, so my wife had a backproblem. Sink was clogged. As a handyman i fixed it myself. due to stolen passports we stayed a night at the Riu Plaza , what a relief thats 4 stars !

Basic, 3 star at best. Good location. I stayed here with my daughter in the North tower. As a positive, we got in very early and the staff got us a room well before check in. We very much appreciated this. Building works in the adjacent property made awful noise late into the evening. I spoke to reception who just shrugged. Small room, hot, had to wedge a shoe in the door to the “balcony” but had to close it as weed smoke wafted in making me nauseous. Not nice. Would not recommend it as a desirable hotel as mentioned, this is very basic accomodation.

Hotel 32|32 demonstrated a shocking lack of empathy when I sought a refund due to a family emergency requiring my immediate presence at a funeral. Despite explaining the situation, the staff rigidly adhered to their no-refund policy, displaying a disappointing lack of compassion and flexibility. This experience underscored the hotel's disregard for customer well-being and left me with a sense of disappointment in their approach to customer service. To add insult to injury, the hotel did not offer any alternative solutions, such as a credit for a future stay or a partial refund.

Such a welcome I received when I walked in the door! The room is adorable, very roomy for NY with lots of windows that let in the sunshine and fresh air. Oh, and the balcony is a bonus! The hotel is quiet too with very little street noise coming through. Perfect location for what I was in town for and the hotel staff is amazing!

The room was ridiculously hot in December, AC wouldn’t work- very miserable. Fridge was barely cold. Room was dusty, kept finding hairs everywhere. Bathroom tile was gross, had to go buy a shower mat. No room service, had ti call for towels every time. Only good thing was my drink from the bar at the hotel. Maybe the other tower where restaurant/bar is nicer…. Won’t be returning to find out though.

Hotel 3232 was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Unfriendly staff, no staff greets. We had to go to the "reception" every day as we were not given towels and every day the staff sighed. There was mold in the bathroom. Avoid this run down hotel, not worth the money or the experience.

Stayed here a few times. Perfect location in the middle of Manhattan. Also I believe it's one of the few hotels with balconies in Manhattan. Clean. Friendly staff. Well working elevator. Great piano show next door at the cutting room every Saturday night

Stayed August 22-25 2021 in a premier suite Hotel 32|32's premier suite is really just 2 connecting rooms. The sheets were ripped, the porcelain in the sink was chipped, the carpet was not clean, and whenever the toilet was used in one room the shower pressure in the other went to zero.
