Didn't know what to expect with our first visit to New York but we didn't really enjoy the room, as a family of 4 with suitcases the room was extremely cramped and the bathroom space was tiny, good location and lots of tv channels. Staff friendliness was hit and miss. Be a great place for a couple but not so...

Located in Chelsea this hotel is pretty much close to everything. If you are staying in the city for one night this is a good choice. The rooms are small but it's NYC so it's suitable for sleeping. I booked a king view room which was located on the 18th floor. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed...

I stayed here in February and must say the experience I received upon check in was horrible. I arrived quite late at night - around 11:30pm and the first thing I noted was a number of drunk persons were there in the lobby all behaving in a raucous manner. They were clearly intoxicated and making noise, and the staff/management did...

Rooms were clean and small but efficient, the location is excellent for travelling around Manhattan with good dining and convenience shopping nearby. Alex R provided great service while we were there.

Booked the hotel for the whole week but canceled and moved to a better one after few days. The rooms are very small, the view from the upper floors is nice but here is the catch, the elevators are nightmare. Even when the two are working you should expect spending 10 min on every ride including 5 inside with many...

I booked a reservation in this hotel, but since my wife suddenly got heart-related problems (followed by a quite severe heart surgery) I tried to cancel my reservation and asked for a refund. The girl on the phone was friendly, but said she couldn't help me and forwarded me to the manager. The manager's phone was a voice mail, where...

Have just arrived in New York City after a really really long flight from Australia, and have been shown to our room, it's perfect! Incredibly central to everything, it's meticulously clean, a very comfortable bed, great shower, but more importantly, the staff are brilliant!!! I can't believe how lucky we are to have found this gem!!

I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Chelsea for 3 nights in March. We stayed on the 22nd floor, which was nice and quiet. Most NYC hotel rooms are tiny and this was no exception, but it had everything we needed. Check in was a breeze, our room wasn’t ready but they happily held our luggage in storage so we...

This hotel is a great place to stay for a night in NYC! Yes, the rooms are smaller than usual (even for NYC standards) but again, you're in NYC AND in Chelsea - the rooms are going to be small. The room we had was nice and clean, and was perfect for a night on the town. 10 min drive...

Although the rooms were smaller than I expected, it was sufficient for me and my 2 children (teenagers). The bed was super comfy and they had a good range of pillows (firm and soft) on the bed. According to their room guide, you can ask for other types of pillows if you didn't like those on the bed (foam maybe?)....
