From the moment we entered until the moment we left the staff at the Ludlow were amazing. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and efficient in getting us checked in. The rooms here are beautifully decorated with lots of little details to enjoy. The shower and tub were excellent and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a room in LES - you cant beat rolling out of bed and being a half black from Russ and Daughters....

What an outstanding hotel! We have visited NYC many times, but never really found "our place" before now - but the Ludlow is IT! We felt so welcome from the moment we entered the lobby. Fantastic and hospitable staff gave a great general vibe, and everybody we met were so welcoming and nice. The room was stunning, and so well maintained by the housekeeping staff. We loved the food, and enjoyed the cozy lobby with always attentive waiters. We just felt genuinely welcome and loved our stay. We will definitely come back!

My husband has stayed at the Ludlow before and this time I got to join him! Our stay was perfect - from check-in to check-out the staff was super friendly and accommodated all our needs. The room was clean and spacious. We will be back!

The staff is so accommodating and helpful! The hotel vibe is very cool! The lobby and bar were so fun. Rooms were spacious and quiet! Love this boutique hotel! Will definitely be back!! Notable names-Alan was amazing!!

This place was more than I expected and perfect for our mid-week getaway post Christmas with our two teenagers. The hotel was in a great location (bonus that Katz deli was across the street), tons of cools shops and bars in walking distance and in a safe neighborhood. Hotel itself was staffed with very kind and amazingly helpful people--from the bartender who made me a custom drink from something I described--to room service who placed a complimentary bottle of Rose wine in our room for my Husbands birthday. The room was comfortable, the lobby inviting and warm with the woodburning fireplace, just a great spot for a late evening cocktail (while our kids decompressed on their phones in the room), super luxurious and low key at the same time. Comfortable and casual, and elegant. My son and daughter both had room to stretch out at night while we had a nite cap on property...it was a hidden gem and we would absolutely go back!!!…

Love this hotel! It was my first time staying here and I cant wait to come back. It is the perfect location in the Lower East Side - walking distance from soho or the east village. The rooms exceeded my expectation. I walked into the room and was blown away at how big it was for a New York hotel. It felt like an apartment. Loved the vibe of the whole hotel and can't wait to book again.

We stayed at The Ludlow when we eloped in January 2022 and returned to mark our first anniversary. The staff was wonderful and welcomed us warmly after a long day of travel delays. Our Skybox Loft was every bit as good as we remembered it...and that soaking tub! The hotel is in a great location and the ambience is fantastic. The Ludlow will remain on our must visit list.

Clean and beautiful rooms! Highly recommend the skybox loft suite with soaking tub and city views! Staff is friendly and helpful. The lobby is gorgeous with sitting area/fireplace and cozy bar area! Would stay again.

Had a great weekend birthday stay at the Ludlow. Great ambiance in the lobby with fireplace and bar. Rooms are tastefully decorated and have an old-world feel. Service was attentive. Will come again!

This past weekend I had a great experience at the Ludlow, where the restaurant and room service staff was prompt, professional and personable. I’d like to shine a light on one of the hotel managers, Omar, who fosters a great atmosphere for both staff and guests. I highly recommend you take advantage of the complementary amenities, specifically hot tea and a bubble bath. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to Dirty French, Katz Delicatessen, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, and more. From my clean room with a beautiful view to the delicious food with swift service my stay was fantastic!
