I have stayed at BB lodges twice in the past. The first time was on my first visit to NYC and I fell in love with the city and the townhouse. Hosts were welcoming and the room itself was always clean, neat and warm. Loved the welcome basket of little bits and pieces to nibble on as well as the...

We are currently a week and a half into our stay at Bubba & Bean and we are absolutely thrilled with our visit. Location: Located in East Harlem (Spanish Harlem) only a few blocks from the glorious central park and museum mile on the upper east side. Easily accessible via two subway stops 96th street and 103rd street we are...

Delightful hosts and great apartment in an interesting uptown location not generally on the "visit to New York" Agenda.our apartment was well sized with good room for two, lovely bathroom with immediate hot water, and great little kitchenette. Located between two subway stations (96th and 103rd) so transportation never an issue and the residential neighborhood provides a slice of NY...

We stayed at Bubba and Beans for a week to experience Christmas in New York with our two children aged 19 and 12. The owners are very friendly, helpful and make themselves available should you need them but we also appreciated that they let you get on with enjoying New York with minimal intrusion. The location is great with two...

This is close to the 103rd st subway station and meant we could get to anywhere we wanted to go. Being in a residential area we had lots of dining options and easy access to laundry service. Jonathan and Clement were great hosts who were there to answer all our questions. Our room was exactly like the photos and bigger...

We recently spent 4 nights at B&B Lodges. We booked the two bedroom/bathroom with kitchenette. We were 2 couples traveling together and this option gave us enough room for getting ready each day. We liked having the kitchenette. It was well appointed with cooking supplies and utensils. A quick trip down to the grocery store one block down and we...

Just returned from a great week in New York . Great to be just a small way out of the main downtown area and only a ten minute walk from the quieter parts of Central Park . Very close to subway gives easy access to all areas of New York . Current exchange rates make NewYork very expensive for U.K....

This is the place to stay! Not a hotel. It's home away from home. Subway is literally one short block away. Grocery stores, restaurants, laundry/dry cleaners, everything at a stones throw away. The room we stayed in is the only room with a door that goes outside to an adorable fenced rooftop, with a small table & chairs. It's also...

I almost gave up the idea of taking my 3 teenage sons to NY because of the hotel prices, but B&B changed my mind. This is a charming guest house. Prior e-mail communication with owners was excellent. The ground floor flat was perfect - 2 lovely bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the all-important fridge and air-conditioning and the WiFi was outstanding -...
