As we live in the Caribbean going back from Europe we always stop to New York! We love New York. After an excellent experience in the Holiday Inn in Verona Italy, we decided to book in New York at the Holiday Inn Madison Square garden. Well our room for 3 was so small that our luggage could not fit in...

We travel to New York City at least twice a year. We would not stay here again. On a positive note the front desk was very helpful. They held our luggage till 3 pm even though we had checked out at 12 noon. Make sure you get there in plenty of time for breakfast, we missed both mornings.

My husband and I arrived in New York City exhausted after more than 25 hours of flying and airports. By the time we got to Madison Square Garden subway station it was after 10pm. We were pleased, surprised and relieved by just how close we were to our hotel! So.. access to public transport - fantastic. Check-in - very sooth...

The main reason I booked this hotel was that it was on the cheaper end of the scale and reviews seemed okay. I was really happy when we arrived at the hotel and found how great the location was! 1 mile to Time Square and about 1.5 miles to central park. The room was great, not huge, but tidy and...

We stayed here for 6 nights on a sightseeing trip in NYC. We were pretty happy with our choice of hotel as firstly, they arranged transfers to and from the airport for a good price. Also, it was so close to Macy's and had good transport links. The reception staff were helpful, sorting a map for us and explaining about...

My friend & I stayed here in March 2011. It was her first trip to NYC and she was a bit reluctant. I assured her we would be in the heart of everywhere we wanted to go within walking distance to it all, (Macy's, Broadway, Times Square) and to Penn Station. We were there for a show and were leaving...

We just recently stayed one night at this hotel. Checked in around noon, and they held our luggage for us until our room was ready. Came back at 4ish, checked in, and was ready to shower and get ready for the evening. The water was turned OFF at the hotel. We waited about an hour and fortunately the water was...

If you’re staying at a Holiday Inn Express in NYC your doing so to save money. With that in mind you have to expect to do without the amenities you get at places costing 2X the price. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. Staying in the summer is a challenge in the breakfast with all the tourists acting...
