The location is probably the only good thing about this hotel. The rooms are SO small! We had to put one of our suitcases in front of the door, it was that small. When we arrived the lift wasn't working and didn't start working again for another 2 days. The staff were okay but not very professional. When asked to...

Me and a friend stayed for a couple nights. The room was okay. Small. Wasn't top notch clean. And the room wasn't very comfortable. But we made it work and got the room for a very great deal. If noise bothers you, I wouldn't recommend it. It didn't bother us. The location was perfect! Subway train stations are about a...

We arrived from Seattle and booked this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews and the hotel's website photos. We got to our room which was a single queen and it was incredibly small, it could fit a bed, a desk, and had about 2 feet on either side of the bed. If I had any idea it would be this small...

My friend and I stayed at The Solita SoHo for 4 nights at the beginning of our New York holiday. It was the perfect place to settle in to our surroundings and was in a great location for us to go exploring China town, Little Italy and it was close enough to lots of other attractions like Brooklyn bridge, shopping...

We liked this hotel a lot because of the location; It had easy access to Broadway for some shopping, subway close by and lots of nice restaurant in the area e.g. FIAT Cafe, La Esquina. It was also a reasonable distance to walk from the hotel to the Brooklyn bridge (we walked with a 6y and 11y without complaints). When...

All the good reviews pretty much say it all. If you have a way to keep it you will find some the freshest seafood I have ever seen in shops on Grand. All kind of interesting things to see, do, and eat. Awesome jewelry stores and restaurants on Canal. Great karaoke bar around the corner. Just cool place to hang...

When you visit (or in my case...explore) New York City, the first thing you will realize if you want to stay in Manhattan, you will pay big for the privilege. Not so at the Solita Soho. The location was amazing, basically on the border of Soho and Little Italy, and easy walking distance to Chinatown, and the Lower East Side/Bowery....

This hotel may be in a convenient location but it is NOT worth the hassle. They made several errors on my Credit Card and seem to be incapable of making the correction. They rely solely on their invoice and can't reconcile to the credit card transactions. In order for me to get my money back I had to call my...

Good Morning, I understand your frustration. However if we are refunding a card that was different than another card you would like to pay with, it can take anywhere up to 3-5 days. Debit cards are also a little longer. This all depends on the bank. Hopefully you understand and can give us another chance. Have a great day. Peter...

Staying in SoHo

Neighbourhood Profile
SoHo
Once the artistic hub of New York City, SoHo (South of Houston) is now one of the premiere shopping destinations in the world. Housing everything from the most popular luxury brands to swank boutiques you won’t find anywhere else, this is a sophisticated shopper’s dream come true. Broadway teems with big-name stores and people during the day, while Prince and Spring Streets are the other main drags to explore by foot. Take a detour down the quieter side streets to see the real star of the district –majestic cast-iron architecture everywhere you look. What were once warehouses and art studios are now meticulously restored loft buildings favored by many of New York’s celebrities, making SoHo one of the trendiest addresses in the city. The pretty streets of Nolita (North of Little Italy) offer a more sedate vibe, with plenty of tiny boutiques and hip restaurants to seek out.
