very poor customer service have never had this at a Hilton hotel before !!!!! Will not stay there again !!!!! Thats too bad for such a good location to treat people with such disrespect. They would not even call a cab for me to get to the airport !!!

This little hotel is only 7 floors high so much smaller than the other hotels around New York, the only down side is no views unless you pay extra for the 7th floor with a balcony but then theres not much to see. We choose this hotel for its location as its walking distance to 9/11 and the ferry terminals....

King suite was about the size of a large bedroom so that was disappointing. But that being said, the location was perfect for visiting the Financial district. Located near Battery Park and within walking distance to Wall Street and a ton of great restaurants nearby.

A/C wasn't working and staff wouldn't give a straight answer over the issue. Slipped in a large puddle in the pantry area of the lobby caused by a leak in the ceiling and hurt my knee. Staff didn't really care, promised me a call from the Manager, Elizabeth Pimental-Johnson but nothing...not even a "hey, what happened are you okay?" Or...

If you're not afraid to ride the subway late at night this is a great location to stay at and save money. It is in the financial district which is Southern Manhattan. About $75 less per/night than staying at the Hampton Inn mid-town. Take the 1 line to South Ferry (last stop) walk two blocks to the hotel. Its very...

We had a fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn/Downtown. We were on the fifth floor and the room was spotless and very quiet. The front desk service was smooth for check-in and check out and Jonathan was the best! We used the valet service for the extra 15$ and it was worth it. Great stay.

I have stayed here multiple times and I am always satisfied. The rooms, while small, are clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly. The complimentary breakfast is convenient and the location is ideal!

After paying extra for a "premium room" with a terrace, we checked in only to find that our terrace was occupied by a construction scaffold and was inaccessible to us. The construction noises began at an early hour on Saturday morning which does not help me sleep after a late night show the previous evening. Good location, close to transportation...

Fine standard hotel, nothing special, but great value for the money. The staff was friendly. The room was dark and looked used, but was clean and quiet. Breakfast was boring and the room was crowded. I wil recommend it because of the low price.
