The location is great, subway station is closed, nice restaurants and pubs are also close. Macys, Bryant park, Times Square, Empire State, all are close to this hotel. Guests are mostly families from different parts of the world, its kind of funny all the conversations in the morning during breakfast . By the way the included breakfast is very good. Of course a place with so much guest traffic you can find few spots that needs some TLC. It will be better if the all ladies in the front desk could smile from time to time.
I stayed 3 nights at this amazing Holiday Inn Express Town Square. I liked everything at this hotel . The rooms are very clean and comfortable with an excellent city view . I was in a higher floor . Everyone at this hotel is very kind and response quickly to any of your requests . I was getting late at night to the hotel and I was able to sleep in a very quite and pleasant environment . Breakfast is served every morning with a variety of choices that changes every day : eggs, bread , sausage, oatmeal , yogurt, orange juice, fruit , everything you would like to have to star a very good morning … and besides that they have grab and go section with some protein bars and muffins for you to take with you !!! … Everything was pleasant at this hotel , I will stay here as many times I will get back to New York with no regrets and I am definitely recommending this hotel to any one . This hotel is close to subway station, time square, Macys and a lot of different good places to visit in Manhattan with just minutes away walking .. The location for this Holiday Inn Exprés is just perfect . I would like to thank to all personal staff and management to maintain an excellent service at this hotel .…
All that was expected. Better than most in NYC we had a good time with side by side rooms. Wish there were still amenities like soap but the soap in the shower was ok Good location near Macy's. Close to lots of subway routes
Rooms are small and dated, wallpaper pealing. bathroom has just enough room to get in and close the door. f ceiling in shower pealing. On check in they said servicing every second day. On the second day I had no towels. (apparently the towels didnt arrive). Three days later no servicing (again). asked at front desk and apparently i am supposed to "request servicing". Staff are pleasant.
Great staff and very comfortable room and fantastic bed. The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Enjoyed my overnight stay. Great location and very near major transport corridors in and out of the city.
From check in to check out this hotel is top notch! Great location, too. Be aware that the rooms are small but it’s NYC…of course the rooms are small. Front desk agents are SUPER friendly and it’s super easy to get an Uber and very walkable to Times Square.
We enjoyed our 4 day stay. Hotel is in a great location and staff was very helpful and provided superior customer service. The breakfast offerings were excellent. The only negative was the mattress was worn and too soft. Need a newer and better bed mattress.
Complimentary breakfasts at Holiday Inn Express are always good and included scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, warm cinnamon buns, fruit, coffee and more. This is the main reason I stay at this hotel chain. Also most of this chain has very clean rooms. This hotel was quiet enough for being in midtown Manhattan. Front desk could have been a little friendlier at checkout, but whatever.
A quiet street. And several great choices of food and drink close by. We love making short trips to NY. Was centrally located and very easy to walk or get transportation to and from. The staff was very cordial. Will likely choose this location again.
Perfect location for a long weekend visit. Very close to 34th Street subway station which can get you uptown and downtown easily. Stayed in a double bed room with city view and had plenty of room for two people. Would definitely stay here again.
