The staff were really friendly and helpful, the location brilliant for Times Square. The bedroom needed drink making facilities and a mirror. Interior very worn but clean, just needs some TLC, the price is okay because of the central location.

Room was a decent size maybe some of previous reviewers Are used to suites (I'm not!). It was quite noisy on a night. Felt safe in the whereabouts being offered" come or weed" by a fellow outside on a night. Deli next doorway good value.

Dear ItsClaireX1, You shouldn't need to pack towels. Each room has a set of towels per person by default (which gets changed every day), and you can request as many supplementary sets as you need. Best regards.
