Stayed here for three nights as part of our honeymoon; this being the NY bit of it. This hotel is smack in the middle of Chinatown, with a park over the road where, each morning, you'll find the local population undertaking Tai Chi or Chinese dancing. Good location close to subway station from where you quickly can get anywhere on Manhattan ans withon walking distance of China town and Little Italy. Friendly staff. Although a bit spartan, given the cost its a good hotel from which to explore Manhattan.

No frills budget hotel at a good price (for New York hotels) for people looking to stay close to soho and lower east side areas. Walking distance to Brooklyn bridge. Clean rooms, perfect for what my girlfriend and I needed as we were out exploring/eating/shopping 90% of the time.

Ask at the front desk. Usually you can leave your bag there in a locked room at no cost.

I would reach out to the hotel directly and ask. I don't think hotels normally guarantee requests unless you're paying for the third bed as part of the reservation. Also this hotel is not high end but for budget travel so I would definitely give them a call now and the day before. Hope all works out for the best!
