I'd coveted this hotel for a while before I booked it. We were on a tight budget, as we were travelling for a month. I couldn't justify the room rate but then spotted a deal on one of the booking sites, which with a bit of a stretch made it affordable. I usually book directly with hotels rather than use booking sites so I wasn't sure what to expect. We arrived in New York at 8am on a red eye from Las Vegas. We were exhausted and the heat in New York this week was almost unbearable. Although check-in wasn't until the afternoon, we were able to leave our bags with the valet. After breakfast we wandered around for a while but we were just too hot and too tired to enjoy ourselves. I decided to return to the hotel and see if we could have an early check-in. I spoke with Brittany at the front desk who explained that while it wasn't yet time for guests to check out and there were few rooms of the type we had requested, she would do her absolute best. True to her word, as soon as a room became available she allocated it to us. Later that day the hotel sent us a beautiful bottle of prosecco, some cakes and a handwritten card as I had mentioned we were celebrating both a wedding anniversary and 18th birthday. The hotel is very very stylish and cool. The rooms were a decent size for New York. It was spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly but unobtrusive. For example when we declined housekeeping, the staff member asked if we would like any clean towels or more coffee. Security was evident at the entrance, yet we never felt uncomfortable as we were always greeted with a 'have a nice day' or 'welcome back' Overall, I can't recommend this hotel enough. This beautiful hotel is located in midtown Manhattan. They offer exceptional spaces for leisure and business travel and are also steps from Broadway theaters. After an eventful day of sightseeing, relax and recharge in spacious hotel accommodations with views of Broadway, Times Square, and Manhattan. There are lots of memorabilia throughout the hotel with many artist to mention. The hotel rooms was very clean and the beds were comfortable so we slept as a rock. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The outlets were amazing. We had breakfast in Sessions, dinner at NYY Steak and went to the roof top bar (RT-60) for drink after. If you are looking for a hotel that treats you as family then the Hard Rock Hotel should be the next place you plan you trip when visiting NYC…

Fabulous new hotel. We booked a Superior King Balcony. Perfect room. Perfect location. Great employees. I would definitely return and recommend to others. We did not partake of the food and beverage services available with the exception of a drink at the rooftop bar RT60. The drinks were very pricey but then again we were in NYC where everything is overpriced.

Awesome hotel room is small but very comfortable great location extremely clean great service will definitely come back to the same hotel. Perfect location for Broadway shows. Rooftop bar was beautiful staff was very nice.

We highly recommend this hotel if you're wanting to stay in NYC. We wanted to a quick weekend getaway to celebrate our honeymoon. En route one of our flights was cancelled due to weather and we were not able to arrive at our original check in date. The hotel staff were very accommodating and stayed in contact with us via text message to assure us our booking was safe. Once we arrived the hotel staff were friendly and outgoing and made our honeymoon weekend feel extra special. Our room was a little smaller than we first anticipated but was great otherwise. We had a great time at this hotel.

Booked 2 rooms for 4 nights in this newly opened hotel. The location is very central, we could see Times Sq. The hotel itself has a real buzz when you arrive & service was impeccable.The rooms are a good size & the space is well designed. Hotel facilities are excellent including a roof top bar. There is loads to see with merchandise everywhere & each floor is themed with a rock star. A great hotel for family & business.
