Was pleasantly surprised. When we arrived I was told that we had an up grade to a suite. Our room wasn't ready yet so we went into the beer and bun for a drink, was nice. The staff was very friendly, door men included. We really enjoyed our suite, king sized bedroom, living room with a separate bar area with...

This place was pretty nice. Not luxurious, but a great location, clean, and a good value (we booked a package on expedia that included airfare). It's close to Grand Central Station, Bryant Park, and Fifth Avenue. Definitely walkable to the theater district, Times Square, as well. There's a nice looking lounge downstairs and a restaurant as well that looked good,...

This is a great hotel, however our room could use some renovations. The Court offers great prices and exceptional customer service. Our room was spacious with a desk, chair, couch, coat closet, and places for storage. The bed was too hard for my taste, however it did not detract from our stay. The Wi-Fi was quick and spotty. We stayed...

On November 2016 I stayed with my family at the hotel for 4 nights. Given that we highly appreciated the upgrade from the junior to the executive suite (!), the accommodation was however unsatisfactory in the following ways: - while booking I specifically requested (and payed accordingly) for the sofabed for our daughter. Upon arrival I had to call the...

I found this hotel to have mainly good things but a few that could be improved. I had a Superior King room, fine for my stay in NY. The room itself was as advertised, spacious. It had a very comfortable bed which is highly important to me. And the price was right for what you get. The location on W39th...

The room was big and comfortable and had views to Empire State Building! Nice location, near a lot of attractions like ESB, Chrysler Build and Central Station. Very Friendly Staff. The only problem was that one of the lifts was broken for 5 days so, at peak hours, it was chaotic to go up or down.

My boyfriend and I drove down to NYC from toronto, Canada to experience the holiday season in NYC. After a long 10 hour drive, no sleep & slightly hungry, we were excited to check in. We were greeted at the front door by Adam Gonzalez and it was a great first impression of the hotel. Adam went above and beyond...

Very well situated for shopping, eating etc. Sadly the room lets it down. Although relatively clean, carpets need replacing, furniture scratched and paint peeling on the ceilings and walls. Twice had to ask for room to be serviced and was told that I had placed service sign incorrectly on door! -not true as I checked! Would I stay again? Yes...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
