Hotel was excellent! Price was reasonable, food was very good, and customer service at the front desk was excellent and they were very nice and accomodating! Location in the city was also decent. Definitely will go back!

We were caught in the snow storm at JFK ? We had just spent the night at airport no sleep ,arrived at Hyatt Herald Square 9am check in at 4 they cleaned room and had us in by 9:30 . Thank you HHS. Life saver
