Clean, great location, front desk service was slow and not particularly friendly. There were lines waiting to use the down elevators around 9am, which caused delays of 10 - 15 minutes, so be forewarned! We've found some discounts through Groupon or TripAdvisor, so while expensive because it is NYC, this hotel is a deal considering it's amenities and location!

Great hotel, convenient for all attractions Second stay here, first time when it was the Milford Plaza. MOST comfortable hotel bed ever. Short wait in queue for check in but not an issue. Only downside was the hotel bar prices, extortionate, $104 for 4 wines & 4 beers. Would definitely stay at this hotel again & would recommend it.

The staff was rude and the wait time was unbelievable long . I arrive at 10am had to wait until 4pm check in but it was a long line didn't get in my room until 6:45 pm . Very inconvenience because I had a business meeting that morning wasn't able to change my clothes so I missed important meeting ....

Since Times Square and Broadway are feet away I can forgive a dimly lit lobby. Otherwise the hotel was great. Rooms are small, but we only used the room to sleep so it was no big deal. Rooms were very quiet too.

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel: great room, timely elevators, quiet, comfortable and above all: it was the PERFECT spot for our what we had planned. Theaters, subway & excellent restaurants were just steps away from the door! I will definitely plan to stay there again the next time I go!

Suggestion for a next stay at row : keep the history of a guest . If he returns twice or more , please maintain the same room quality offered at his first time. I enjoy stay at Row and the room problem was the only inconvenience.

Great perks offered; great location; nice concierge. Check in person did not really care tha she was at work. Housekeeping knocked on door to clean it at 7:50 a.m. Shower did not work the first morning, and no one apologized or tried to offer any token of apology at all.

Standard hotel. Reception staff are false and rude. Some of the ladies talking in Spanish in front of me when checking in and laughing. Rooms are small if you are a party of 2 or more. When I asked to move to a bigger room junior was very helpful, the next day when I needed a new room key and...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
