We stayed here in December for a long weekend. Our first room was on the 17th floor and facing other buildings. It was too noisy as the ice maschine was next to our room and there was a contact noise from the outside. We change after the second night to another room with a great view. Rooms are rather small,...

Being NYC , I see why the room was so small. The only complaint was that the closet, upon opening, was stinky (Body Odor), it hit me in the face right away, also the toilet was cheap, watch out when closing, slams. It's a good thing that I brought along a spray fragrance. The good thing about staying there was...

Typical NYC business hotel. Microscopic rooms and astronomical prices. Getting out in the morning is a nightmare with only 4 elevator banks in a very tall hotel. Normally you wait and wait for an elevator and sometimes you just opt for the stairs. Tip: get a low floor to negate some of this. It is very centrally located to Wall...

Room was small. There were only 3 elevators for a 44 stories hotel - which was very uncomfortable to say the least. Breakfast is too expensive. I had a reservation for 3 nights and i checked out after 2 nights because the room was so uncomfortable. I was not reimbursed for the 3rd night. defiantly will not come again to...

Great location in downtown NYC, close to all the lower Manhattan points of interest such as South St Seaport, Century 21, financial district, WTC, Freedom tower, Battery Park etc. Rooms are tiny, but that's the city for you! Would stay again.

Typically NYC smaller rooms, but the location, service and atmosphere is really very appealing. Walking distance to every type of restaurant you can imagine, plus other NYC features ... including the 911 memorial site and harbor access for tours to the Statue of Liberty. Reasonably priced parking just across the street. Clean and comfortable plus ideally located.

My wife and I spent 4 days in NYC and stayed at the Doubletree. Hotel was clean, hotel staff was friendly and it was decently located. The negatives about this hotel are that the rooms are fairly small, elevators take forever and the in-house restaurant is not worth visiting. It is close to the subway and within walking distance of...

I am extremely pleased with my stay. Upon reaching the reception, The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. Upon getting in the room, it was clean and fresh just as how I expect when I stay with Hilton properties. During my stay, everything was great and I had a comfortable night of sleep. Just how nice I was welcomed, my...

We stayed at the hotel this December for two nights and we were not happy about the rooms at all. Even though we were booked in to a room with a King bed, we were given a Twin Size Bed which is comparable to a kids bed. wWen we asked for a King size bed, they were all sold out....

Horrible experience checking in there. They gave me a real stereotype view of New York rudeness and discourtesy. And I am an HHonors Diamond member. Hilton really needs to fix this hotel. Their general manager obviously doesn't understand how to teach the employees how to treat customers. The rooms are incredibly small and the furniture is uncomfortable. There was lots...
