Nice and clean room, roomy bathroom. Nothing special but good quality. Good location if you like jazz. Smalls and Village Vanguard easy walk from the hotel. One of the better experiences in NYC and good value for the money.

You choose this hotel while it is close to almost everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We never tried their breakfast, as we wanted to eat down town. The rooms are rather small with small beds. The room was too small for four persons with four suitcases.

From check in to the time we left, the staff was very helpful with getting us whatever we needed. The check in process was seamless. We had a broken lamp in our room when we arrived. It was fixed the next day when we notified the front desk that morning. As with other reviews, the rooms are smaller than normal,...

Just spent 3 nights at the hotel and was a very good experience. For Manhattan and the price, decent size room, and a great shower! Staff to a person were very friendly and helpful. Nice little him in the basement, rooms very clean and well maintained. Will stay here again next time. Also, a good location especially if coming in...

Stayed one night for business in December 2016. Great SOHO location and friendly staff. I got a room at the 20th floor with a nice view. Rooms are clean and the bathroom looks recently refurbished. The bed was a bit soft for my taste. There is a reasonably sized gym with cardio equipment and some weights. Overall a good place...

I stayed at this hotel last weekend for a wedding and got bed bugs (see photo of the clear linear pattern of the ones on my leg - not comfortable posting my back photos). I have given the hotel several days to follow up privately with my complaint and concerns and have heard nothing back from them in spite of...

Walking distance to a lot and next to the subway line. Safe area but a nightmare during rush hour...close to the Holland Tunnel and heard nothing but honking cars until traffic subsided. Great coffee shop with a friendly face who was very hospitable. Room was nice, no shampoo but forgivable.

Stayed here in August to drop our son off at NYU. It was easy walkable distance to the campus and at the same time very accessible to lot of good restaurants and shopping places in SoHo. We returned again in October and chose to stay here - did not even bother looking up other places. Rooms are a little small....
