Hotel was great for a two day layover cross-globing. Fantastic location. Hotel service was great (Gustavo at front desk made the difference on service). Wife will love location for a weekend shopping weekend. Will be back.

We could not have had a better stay here at the Nolitan. Aside from it's perfect location, the staff was incredible. Jake made us feel right at home and welcome within moments of walking in and exhibited true hospitality and care for the guests. The rooms are also great with really comfortable beds, pillows, and bathrobes. I would definitely recommend...

What an amazing experience at the Nolitan The staff was superb. Super helpful and very accommodating. Jake took care of us from the moment we walked in to the end of our trip. The location was perfect, in walking distance to great brunch/dinner/bar spots and great shopping. Thanks for the amazing stay, will definitely be back!

Saying that on average New York hotels are overpriced versus what you get is am understatement. In most other cities in the world with the same amount of money you will get bigger rooms and a more personal experience. The Nolitan was a welcome exception. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the rooms quite roomy and with decent (and ingenious) storage...

My stay at the nolitan was beyond exceptional. It's great location was 15 to 20 minutes at most from everything in Manhattan. The room were spotless and the amenities made me feel like I was at home. The receptionist Jean was totally amazing with his great service and made sure we were well taken care of. This is truly a...

We spent a great night at the Nolitan last night. The hotel is extremely updated and clean. Feels brand new. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The beds are comfortable and even the balcony rooms are quiet for a city hotel. Decent size room for NYC - enough for you to move around anyway. The attached restaurant has great...

It was a very nice beautiful hotel. The rooms could be bigger but the decoration was beautifull, the restaurant of the hotel excellent and the stuff very nice and helpful. Also the location and the area were really nice and full of life and of course very safe.

I stayed at the Nolitan Hotel with my partner and we absolutely loved it! The room was actually a bit bigger than I was expecting as I had heard that New York hotel rooms can be notoriously small however our room comfortably fitted the two of us and our large luggage. Our room also had a beautiful view of the...

I really enjoyed my stay at the Nolitan Hotel. What impressed me right off the bat was how friendly the staff was. There was no problem checking me in and they even walked me to my room. The room was cozy and inviting. My friend and I also checked out the rooftop at night and the view was spectacular. Had...

Stayed again while in NYC. Still a great hotel. Great location, clean & comfy. Nice amenities such as slippers. Very rare to find this in hotels in the US. Easy check in, easy check out. New restaurant "Bread" downstairs. Great food, good staff.

Staying in Nolita

Neighbourhood Profile
Nolita
Despite being just off of busy Houston Street, Nolita maintains a low-key vibe that makes it a pleasant retreat in the heart of lower Manhattan. Short for “North of Little Italy,” Nolita was once considered to be part of Little Italy. Today, the neighbourhood is popular with young fashionistas popping in and out of the chic independent boutiques that line Mulberry, Mott and Elizabeth Streets. In addition to shopping, there are cozy restaurants and sidewalk cafes serving everything from new-school Italian food to the world-famous cronuts. While small in size (Nolita stretches just a few blocks in each direction), it’s a great neighbourhood to spend an afternoon people watching, window-shopping, and grabbing a bite to eat.
