The owners of the guesthouse are very friendly and we had a warm welcome. The room was very very clean and was equipped with a kitchenet and a fridge. All very clean. The room was spacious with a lot space to hand your clothes. Bernardo is very helpful and is ready to give you some tips every morning before you...

Located in the Sugar Hill area of Harlem, safe and easy to walk around. A short 5 minute walk to the NY subway and a short 15 minute ride to the center of the action around Radio City, Times Square and all the sites we go to New York to experience. Though not actually a B and B the units...

It was our first time in New York and we went to this place because a friend recommended me to go. Now I recommend that you should book this place if you are thinking in traveling to The Great Apple. It is, doubtless, a quiet place to use as starting point to know the city, with shops for buying anything...

The owners are actually my neighbors - directly across the street and I have used their accommodation for family spill-over. San Fermin is a beautiful place. The owners run a completely professional operation, so it's a step up from the usual home stay experience. Since I live in the area I can boast that the location is great for exploring...

The St Fermin B&B is professionally run by Bernardo and his wife who go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and special. The gorgeous studio room was cleaned daily and provided everything we needed- comfortable bed and even a coffee machine which was very much appreciated. Bernado was always willing to help and provide guidance and advice throughout...

We are a family of 3 (2 adults and 14 year old) who stayed at San Fermin B&B for two nights in Sep 2016 while visiting New York. It was a FANTASTIC experience and it started with the host Bernardo. Due to our flight being delayed in LA, we didn't arrive at Newark until close to midnight - I phoned...

We stayed at the San Fermin for the NYCity marathon. This place is very well located, less the five minute walk to the express line to Downtown Manhattan. In just three stop you are in Times Square, 35-45 minutes away depending on what time you arrive at the station. Clean and ample space, with kitchenette for coffe, breakfast and snacks....

Neighbourhood Profile
As a hub of African American culture, Harlem has played a vital role in the history of New York City. Today, the neighbourhood is as vibrant as ever as new businesses and developments go up next to local institutions. The heart of the neighbourhood is bustling 125th Street, where street vendors and historic landmarks like the Apollo Theater mingle with big-name stores. Turn down almost any corner, and you’ll discover some of the most beautiful blocks in the city, filled with handsome brownstones, soul food restaurants, corner shops, and scenic parks.
