Room is a typical NYC size (small) but very clean and nicely updated. Hotel provides bottled water, snacks (candy, nuts, etc.) and soda at NO COST. Also, the free Wi-Fi was great. Location is convenient, right next to World Trade and plenty of subway options. Also, for shoppers, just steps away from Century 21. We were on the 18th floor...

I stayed in the hotel for one week whilst in New York for work and found the hotel to be perfect for what I needed. From arrival the staff were extremley friendly and took into my request for a room on a higher floor and recommended some great places to eat. The hotel provided free water, coffee and tea in...

This hotel is perfectly situated in lower Manhattan, and right around the corner, walking distances from the WTC. I requested for a patio suite overlooking the WTC, and the view is breathtaking and magnificent! You can also experience this fabulous view from the roof -top restaurant, which is exclusively available to guest only. There is also very nice outdoor patio...

Stayed here for a weekend, with my husband who was on business in NYC for a few days. The room was small but clean. It was a standard room, and had only one double bed, which wasn't awesome but we made do. I liked that this hotel had free filtered water on every floor, and free fizzy and flat water,...

Stunning views. Great place for a drink or dinner. Ate there last night and caught the change over from sunlight to an evening skyline view. Just stunning. Menu provides a little variety from Burger to full meals. Food was good for the money in NYC. Wait service was adequate but nothing noteworthy. However, the hostess and bar tender, Lenny, were...

Unbelievably beautiful! When we stayed at this hotel it had just been refurbished. It was immaculate. The lobby was not just a lobby it was amazing. The suite we were able to get had one of the most beautiful views of the financial district and wall street. The sofa and the bed was so comfortable it was difficult for us...

Great place if you work close. Rooms are small as always in NY, but do have everything. Nice is the water service at all floors. Great views from the roof top. Restaurant is good, breakfast is nice but overpriced. Wifi is very strong and good if you need to work in the room.

I recently stayed for 2 nights. I requested a high room for the noise levels and was assured that I would be ok on the 4th floor. Well I was not. The noise from the construction was loud and the walls are paper thin. I could hear the mobile ringing in the next room! The room though large was rather...

What a nice place to stay. We got an upgraded room with tons of space. Loved all the extras with gym equipment to the room, snacks in the lobby. Super close to 9/11, statue of liberty, battery park, brooklyn bridge.... if wanting to.go to.times square/central park area about a 30 mins subway ride. Many stations close. Didn't check out the...

We stayed here for 5 nights in Sept 2015 Location Once you have found it (our taxi driver had some issues locating it!) and got your bearings, this is a perfect location for getting around the city. You are really close to several metro stations plus around the corner from the World Trade Centre site. Nearby there are a few...
