Location is excellent if choosing southern Manhattan or even as a base for NYC as a whole given proximity to subway stations….easy to head North or into Brooklyn / Staten Island. Rooms are modern, clean reasonable size compared to NYC hotels I’ve stayed in. Incredible views of World Trade Tower (I booked room with view). A very nice facility was the chilled water in corridor with refillable bottles. Perhaps the only thing missing being an in room safe. Excellent roof top bar. A good hotel.

Marsha-Ann at reception was the nicest. Friendly cheerful and very professional. All the other stuff members where equals pleasant Hotel was good too Room hat an awsome view on the memorial . Coffee is free and quit pleasant, towels could be bigger

I only stayed one night at this hotel, but I was very surprised of the nice location, friendly staff and cleanness and comfort of the room. Shops and restaurants on walking distance and of good quality. Ground Zero and WTC museum on walking distance.

It's our go-to hotel when in NYC. Clean, comfortable, close to subway, restaurants and memorials. This time though (because of the 9/11 events) the room price was 300% marked-up, and we had to wait until 5 pm to get a room. Then we were offered the option to check out late.... for another $99. Not cool...

The staff were the least customer friendly I have experienced at any club quarters: we don't do this. We can't do this. We are not a normal hotel were the responses I got from front desk! The wifi is poor and there is no feeling of being valued despite being a member. I've stayed here before and this hotel has definitely gone downhill.

Very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Slept great! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Great location. Walking distance to the Battery and access to Liberty and Ellis Island and everything related to 9/11. Good selection of places to eat or drink also within walking distance. Would definitely return.

Overall, the location was excellent and the room and the view were nice. Coffee and refillable water bottles were free. The biggest con was the unfriendly staff that was unwilling to help especially at the front desk.

Loved my stay at this hotel, staff was amazing and amenities were good. Views from the terrace of the memorial site on September 11TH were magnificent. A little on the pricier side but I left absolutely content. Check in and out was a breeze and my room was even ready a little early.
