This hotel is really noisy, they seem to be more interested in parties every night on the ground floor and on the 10th floor penthouse. Combine that with single glazed windows, it makes for a very noisy night. One thing I would say is that the rooms are comfortable and the staff very friendly but that just doesn't make up...

Due to problems with booking agency Booking.com we found ourselves in a one(i) bed unit. This was a result of this company stuffing up. Night one consisted of some sheets and some pillows and one of us sleeping on the floor. The clerk who booked us in made very little attempt to accomodate our needs. On the morning of day...

The Flatiron Hotel was just awesome! Right in the middle of everything and close to several subway entrances, the location was just perfect for a NYC first-timer trying to figure out where everything is! The staff were VERY obliging and VERY friendly! Leo and Alex are the best doormen I've ever encountered; always helping my mom with anything she needed...

What makes a hotel different, at the end of the day a bed is a bed so what really matters? That's not to say there is anything wrong here. My room is a good size, there are facilities and more including the TV in the bathroom. But hey this hotel makes me not want to stay in my room. Downstairs...

Flatiron hotel is in a great location, out of the busy midtown area. But they have live bands Mon-Sat. We stayed on 4th floor and you could hear and feel the noise of the band to early morning hours. Even the very noisy air con didn't cover the band noise. Also housekeeping was just plain slack with daily items not...

I stayed at this hotel during the busy time of the US Open and Fashion week. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Kendra the front desk girl, who right away made me feel at home, and helped me with everything I needed. This hotel is great, the rooms are extremely comfortable, and the location is really...

I love this hotel. Small but very hip. The location is great and easy walking to anywhere. Although the rooms are small they have a lot of electronic gadgets that set it apart. Push buttons to open and close draperies and even a TV built into the bathroom mirror. Totally cool. A little on the pricey side but worth the...

My friend booked to stay in this hotel via a website based in New York as she is living there. I met her in the city and we went to check in, only to find it was a double room even when the confirmation clearly stated a twin and requested a high floor. We were on floor 3, the first...

I loved staying at the Flatiron hotel. The staff there were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our first room had a small bed, so they allowed us to move rooms twice throughout the week so we could get separate beds (I was there with a friend). Each time they moved our luggage for us and when we returned at the end...

We stayed at the Flat Iron for 5 nights from the 21 July 2014. After reading reviews about the bands that play, I requested a higher floor. Oswaldo was excellent in communicating via email and advised he would move the earth and sea, to ensure we had a higher floor. On checking in we got to meet Oz, and as...
