Stayed at the World Center Hotel in December, during some very cold days in NYC. The location is great. Sadly, theres more negative things about this hotel than positive. The room has an ok size, the bed was alright. The shower however, was not so great. There was barely any power to the shower head and it was also either...

The number 1 positive is the location if you are doing business in the financial district or visiting the WTC. The hotel is also clean (except for the stray almond on my floor when I checked in) and relatively quiet for NYC. On that, however, there is construction noise on at least two sides of the building which starts around...

I entered the wrong date into Expedia for a reservation at the World Center Hotel. I wanted a room for Wednesday, but entered Thursda. When the confirmation came back I immediately noticed the error and called Expedia only to be told that they contacted the hotel and tried to change the reservation, but the hotel was full and that since...

I was looking for a hotel room on the day I needed it. Prices on all websites including expedia, priceline, and booking were great but all booked out. I decided to ring the hotel to see if there was anything they could do. Albert answered the phone and was super helpful. He made the booking process flawless and not only...

Staff is friendly and accommodating; however rooms are not comfortable. We had a suite which had a great view, but that section of the room would not warm up well. King bed was two twins. Bed is right next to the door so you can hear people going in/out of their rooms with doors shutting. Overall all I can say...

We arrived at the 3PM check-in but no rooms available for us or anyone else checking in then. We had to wait 2 to 3 more hours past check-in time before our rooms were available. But, the front desk staff tried hard to do the best they could for us and offered us free breakfast or late check-out as compensation...

Booked this hotel to our stay in NYC in the end of November. This hotel was a really pleasant surprise. The room was not as small as we anticipated. We had booked a room with the view, in this case that meant a real view to the 9/11 memorial and to the buildings around it. Amazing. Bed was comfy and...

Great view of the World Trade Center from their restaurant balcony. We had the most beautiful photos taken from the location and away from the ground crowd. The room is small but sufficient for our one night stay.

“If you need space for gathering family or friends, you may need a different hotel, but this was perfect for just the two of us and our stuff. And the price was exceptional for NYC hotels. The area is also very safe and lots to do within very short walk. ”
