This new hotel opened in the fast growing Seaport Village region. The rooms were excellent. You should request a room on the terrace away from the Peck Slip side as that can be noisy. The 7th floor is quieter and the terraces offer excellent views....More

There is Valet parking, which is expensive. Or right across the street there is an open parking lot, open 24 hours and that is best place to park, Cheaper than the Valet. There is also another lot under the FDR, but I used... More
There is Valet parking, which is expensive. Or right across the street there is an open parking lot, open 24 hours and that is best place to park, Cheaper than the Valet. There is also another lot under the FDR, but I used the open lost because I could get to my car if I needed it. Doorman actually recommended the less expensive lot rather than Valet...nice touch!
