On arrival I was surprised to see a crowd of people at the check in area. The foyer (a very small one) was packed. We joined the que and we’re surprised to hear rumblings from disgruntled customers. Waiting for rooms for 3 hours etc. Finally...More

Christina was fantastic. I travel for a living and she was the best receptionist I've ever encountered. Funny and smart. Christina and James made great pair and they really made me feel like home. I would invite them to my wedding.

Loved this hotel. Location is very convenient. Not to close, not to far from Times Square. Close to 40th street subway entrance. The breakfast buffet is an extremely convenient feature. Not that NYC lacks eating alternatives, but I really appreciated being able to start our...More
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
