We stayed here for 2 nights from 10/11/14. Excellent location near Times Square. The room was lovely with hob, fridge and coffee maker. The staff very helpful and friendly. A daily planner of events delivered to your room daily. Loved the French decor. Would definitely stay again

We recently visited the big apple for 4 days and found the French Quarters to have an extremely good location (in restaurant Row and only 5 minutes walk from Times Square). Rooms are adequately sized (considering location), very clean and very well kept. Bed was very comfortable. Since my wife was celebrating her birthday, hotel manager ensured we had a...

Wasn't quite sure what to expect as online photos made the place look old but the reviews were good. And the reviews were right this is a small boutique hotel and it's made to look old without being old. Front desk employees were ok, the cleaners and breakfast employes were fantastic. Lucky we got upgraded from king room to 2...

Be prepared for the tiny "lobby" and you will be fine - very much like Paris Hotels. The room decor was perfect! Even my standard room had a well-equipped kitchenette including cook-top and microwave. The Keurig coffeemaker came with a cupboard full of coffee and tea varieties with real cream in the fridge! Everything about the room and bathroom showed...

The French Quarters is unlike any other place I've stayed in NYC. It's right in the heart of it all in midtown, but when you get off the busy street it's like a home away from home! I've stayed twice, and both times my expectations were exceeded. The rooms are well appointed and sophisticated, but it still has a cozy...

This is a perfect small hotel to use if you are in New York to go to theater as it is in the theater district. The block it's on is full of restaurants and clubs, and theaters are within two or three blocks. My room was above the bar next door, so it could have been noisy, which is why...

We stayed here as part of a group travelling to NYC for the marathon. The hotel is great - the rooms a good size for the area, the staff are amazingly friendly and the location is great - loads of attractions within walking distance and easy distance to a subway. The only negatives would be the breakfast is a bit...

My family of 5 adults stays here for a week in October and it was fantastic. Probs the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. Well done guys. We stayed on the 5th floor in a two bed apartment, with our own balcony overlooking W46th street a real bonus after a long day to sit out and get some fresh...

Great location stayed for two nights on the second floor in a Double Double room facing the street. The room was clean and lovely. I love that the Bar was attached to our rooms. After a long day and night out we finished of at the Bar. Our room was very quite no noises from the street or the Bar....

Spent 1 night here on a whistle stop tour of NYC. Choose this place based on Trip Advisor reviews which can be hit or miss... this was a HIT! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We got a standard room which was spotless and bigger than we thought,, very impressed. The manager personally came around during breakfast to ensure...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
