Wanting to do a Christmas-in-the-city weekend, we stayed at the Radio City Apartments with my wife and three kids in mid-December. You couldn't beat the location -- a five-minute walk to Times Square and the same to Radio City Music Hall; and about 10 minutes...More
We spent a week in 1 bedroom unit and wanted to list the pros and cons. I had read the reviews before I booked so I knew what to expect. In general I would recommend it but as long you understand about the heat and...More
We have just returned from 5 days staying in Radio City Apartments in New York. We have been to NY twice before and stayed in a hotel but this was much, much better. Having an apartment lets you relax between shopping and yet more shopping....More
Just returned from a 7 day trip to New York, staying at Radio City Apartments. We go every year, but have never been able to secure a two bedroom here. We started planning early this year and it was worth the wait! Apartment 9E was...More
Very dark rooms with tiny windows but I guess that's what you get in such a big city.

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

There were chests of drawers and a rack to hang our coats on. We spent 9 nights there and then travelled for another 3 weeks. We were a family of 5 adults. The key to travelling is to use packing cells in your suitcase. They keep everything together neatly so you just find the cell you require instead of unpacking all together. There was a little bit of street noise but I think you would get that anywhere as your are in the city that never sleeps! No bathroom cupboard but if your a smart traveller utilise the bench top on the chest of drawers.
