Great iconic hotel, reasonable rates. Not top of the line by any means but really nice flavor of what things used to be with enough modernisation to make it work. Staff are really helpful, In house restaurant, Butcher & Banker is pretty good too.

We were in town for the annual Westminster Kennel Club dog show which we attend every year. We have stayed all over The City but this year we were bringing a dog to show and had been told The New Yorker was the best place to stay. We have to agree, although I don't think you

Stayed for one week at the New Yorker Hotel. Good things were location and Tick Tock Diner. Not so good was the first room we stayed in, which was right next to a supply cupboard and very noisy at night as well as some noise from outside. Also, the decor in this room was very

We just got home from The New Yorker on Sunday 10th and we arrived at Newark - we thought it was the best airport as you actually fly over the city so when getting closer to land and landing you can see the skyscrapers. Around a 25-30 minute airport shuttle ride to the hotel with no traffic. We pre booked our shuttle buses and I think cake to around £160-£170 area.

Yes. This appears to be as normal as a coffee machine in American hotel rooms. I’d suggest that if you ever find yourselves without either of these in USA, then ask at reception and they would almost certainly supply.

Hi, if you are travelling to Penn Station, it couldn't be easier. If you come out of the right exit, the hotel is diagonally opposite. 3/4 mins walk depending on whether you have to wait for the traffic lights. Hope this helps.
