The location was perfect with the subway to anywhere in NYC just a few steps away from the hotel. There was a Starbucks just around the corner with some of the friendliest staff. It was by far the cleanest, nicest Starbucks I have been to on the corner of 96th and Broadway with plenty of seating, free wifi and a...

The Royal Park Hotel, NYC, is the scariest place I've ever stayed. It is old, they've tried to update it a bit, but beware. There is a VACATE sign from the city of NYC posted to the front lobby glass. There was blood on the rollaway sheets. After asking for new ones, I found large blood stains on the underside...

Right next to the train station but reeked of marijuana, scary because of so many random people and you never know what's around you, scary people, I got bit twice on my face after waking up. You do share the bathroom with everyone else on the floor but you have your own room and sink in your room. Oh, only...

My sister and i booked for 8 nights in June through a deal on Groupon. Cannot get a response from the hotel for a confirmation, after a month of trying. No response via email or Facebook and the phone no. on the website is seemingly disconnected. Luckily we were able to pull our payment for the booking through Paypal. What...

Not clean, but it was cheap and good enough for the stay. 5/10, would possibly...

Booked two nights and only lasted 5 mins and left. Did not even get refunded. Hotel is in terrible conditions. Photos say it all. Not to mention the halls of the hotel floor are warped and you are literally tilted as you walk

So i booked this hotel through groupon, first mistake. The hotel was advertised using a picture of a view to central park. When we arrived, it honestly looked and felt like a residential building turned into a hotel and it was not even close to central park. When checked in and went up to our room, I was completely disappointed....

This hotel did exactly what it needed to.. Basic but cheap accommodation and friendly staff. Great for the budget traveller. Would have been nicer with individual bathroom facilities as the wait to use the bathroom was quite long.

We stayed in this hotel as it was affordable. My partners main concern was the shared bathroom which in the end did not bother him, it was almost always free and clean however the shower did break half way through our stay meaning that it wasn't difficult to get the right temperature. On the other hand this hotel does have...

I booked the hotel 2 weeks before i was meant to be going so i wont comment on the price, we had a bunk bed for the two of us and it was very cosy, we couldnt watch tv as it was hanging off the wall but as we were in there for a short time we dont bother to...
