This hotel is well placed for all the main tourist attractions in midtown and close to the subway too. We were fortunate to be upgraded and we had a very good size room and a big bathroom with full size tub (our friends and their...More

Thank you very much for taking the time to compose such a detailed and wonderful review. We are very grateful for your kind words. We agree that our location is in the heart of New York City yet just outside the daily hustle and bustle....More
this is a great hotel, service is great, especially if you are a member of their membership club But. o Not Use Restaurant. It is way over priced. We have been using this hotel for years. The former restaurant was very nice, good for drinks...More
This was my first time at the Omni Berkshire and I really can’t wait to go back. I have traveled to New York in numerous occasions and never felt I wanted to go back to a hotel, until my stay at Omni Berkshire.
I've been coming to the Omni Berkshire since 2004 and have had a consistently wonderful experience at this hotel. It is the only place I really love staying at in NYC. Can't beat the rates, service, location and room quality

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
You always have to leave a credit card up front to cover any incidentals. This is pretty standard in any American hotels. As for packages, I would assume yes, as they have a business center and/ concierge desk
