I don't like New York. This hotel is fantastic. When I get there, Jorge greets me warmly and asks "where are Betty and Barney?" (our Corgis who visit only at Christmas). They take the car, the bags and I head to reception. There, I'm welcomed back and given a room key. I open the door, check out the view and...

We stayed there for a week in August. The service was amazing, the rooms beautiful and spacious. We had an adjoining room off the extended family, and the staff went out of their way to help with everything we desired. Wow!

Two night stay in what I am sure is one of the very best hotels in New York. Everything was perfect - I couldn't have asked for more. Amazing views of teh city and central park. From check in to check out the staff were brilliant. Stunning design and art. Free massage on offer in the lobby. Amazing.

Breakfast seating area too small to accommodate busy times but when seated the food generally was good. The concierge desk were always very helpful. Some of the suites need to have a refurbishment and not giving bottled water as standard is poor.

Upgraded the room to a high floor which views the Central Park. Come here if you like good view from your room. It was a comfortable stay. The concierge is helpful in making reservations to places I wanted to go. However, there is no butler service that could help me queue for my cronuts :(

We arrived via both entrances and were ushered to the reception desk with suitable hospitality. We had rooms on the 17th and 29th floors, both with great views across the skyline of New York. The rooms are typically Four Seasons, high quality, great beds and all the trimmings. The Concierge desk was incredibly helpful with every request and all the...

It's the Four Seasons. It's midtown Manhattan. It's the best in the world. I have stayed the the Four Seasons on Maui, in San Francisco, and in other cities, and this one tops them all, especially in terms of the professional quality of the staff.

Very good, one of the best four seasons we have been, will come back, no doubts about it. We stayed in a Premium city view room, enough for 2 and a kid, beautiful views from the 27th floor. Staff at four seasons hotels are the most helpful, and kind there is.

I have never previously been let down by the Four Seasons Group which I have been a loyal customer of for over 20 years; however have just returned from New York where checkin took 2 hours after the 3pm official check in time; I had asked for a twin bedded room for teenage sons and was argued with by customer...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
