Amazing experience with super friendly and effective staff. We enjoyed the view a lot and love this small oasis in New York City. We were treated well by all staff and housekeeping. This will be our first choice when we do need to stay in New York again.

This was my first time visiting NYC. I have stayed at many hotels within the US and can say, Arlo Nomad is top in my list. The staff, especially Jamilah were amazing. These days you cannot find people who are so personable, respectful & dedicated. Our room was clean, and the views were immaculate. None the less of breathtaking. I just want to say again, the front desk… you guys are AMAZING! Thank you Jamilah for the accommodations, help, and care!

Arlo Nomad has such a friendly and attentive staff. Thank you Jamilah and Joseph for making our stay so special. I genuinely can’t thank you both enough. Also the guest services coordinator! I didn’t catch his name but he was a star!! They are some of the most patient, sweetest and down to earth people I’ve ever met. I booked this hotel for my boyfriend’s birthday and they did absolutely everything to make it special for him. They did everything to help me and I truly appreciate them for all their efforts. Upon arrival and check in to the room, the guest services coordinator himself, bought up macaroons, a birthday card drawn by the staff & some wine up to our room and wished my boyfriend a happy birthday. how stinkin cute!! They also upgraded our room to a higher floor since they knew it was his birthday and gave us free drink vouchers, which we haven’t used yet but it gives us an excuse to see Jamilah and Joseph again. The staff is so kind and helpful. Please treat them well and ask them for guidance. They know some of the best places to eat in New York City and are so great at recommending places and just simply so pleasant to talk to. This place is 10/10 recommend !! They made my birthday so special. I truly never felt like ever leaving this place and I haven’t felt that way about a hotel ever. The staff made us feel like family and made sure we had everything we needed and more!! I will definitely be back here worth every dollar! We had the sky view queen and we felt it was perfect !! Shout out to Kevin and the hotel manager ! Also walking distance to Whole Foods and so many other amazing dining restaurants etc!!!!!

The most insane hotel we’ve ever stayed in. From the start dealing with Mark he was fantastic helping us with dates/rooms, he went out of his way to find the best room to suit us. On arrival we were warmly greeted by front of house staff who were super energetic and friendly. In particular Keelan and Kevin but every single member of staff we interacted with we had a great experience. They were always more than happy to help with recommendations on where to eat/drink etc. The rooms were perfect, like all New York rooms a little on the small side but it didn’t matter as there was so much hidden storage for luggage. The views from the room were absolutely incredible like nothing we’ve ever seen before. A gorgeous hotel but the staff really did go above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable which really made the difference, from the front of house to housekeeping. We already can’t wait to return and would never stay anywhere else in New York from now on.…
