Very friendly, professional, caring staff. I had a problem with my tow on my 35 RV and the maintenance men were nice enough to help me push the 4 passenger motorcycle onto the trailer that was designed to tow it. They didn't have to, but they were there when I needed them, It is close to Carlsbad Caverns and it...

We do not usually do KOA's because of past bad experiences. This place is like home. Great park. The only problem we had was the cable and it was football day. But, we went to the recreation room, kicked back in recliners and watched big screen TV. They had nice extra's here also, like horseshoes, pool, playground. I almost always...

This KOA is the best! We usually avoid KOA'S because they are dated and can't accommodate big rigs. We booked here because reviews at other RV'S in Carlsbad were pretty bad. This park was so nice. Huge wide sites, sparkling clean pool. Laundry facilities had commercial washers and dryers! Bathrooms and whole campground were really well cared for. The hosts...

We spent a few days in Carlsbad, NM and made this our base of operations. The first thing you notice is the campground is very large and the roads are wide so there is no difficulty navigating a class A motor home or large 5th wheel into the site. The sites are large and have plenty of room between rigs....

We arrived here on Wednesday September 21, 2016. This place is located about 15 miles outside of the city of Carlsbad, NM. It is beautiful here, the people who work here are friendly and super helpful. The spacing of the RV's is very good as we have beautiful view and super sunsets. It isa 50 minute drive to Carlsbad caverns....

We had intentions of stopping at the Caverns but thought well let's first see the campground then head back. They are about 50 min away and after a long drive I was out voted to go to the caverns. That said, we were greeted so very warmly by the staff and had quite few laughs with them over the S**t...

We stayed at this KOA for 6 nights as part of our summer adventure to Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Parks. Being on the north side of Carlsbad, NM, it's a little bit further from the action but it was totally worth it. This campground is by far the best full service campground in the area. We reserved early...

Campground was nice. No shade for RVs. 107 degrees, so that was a little tough. At least a 45 minute to an hour drive to the Caverns. Showers nice and clean. About a 50 minute drive in the other direction to Roswell. Wifi was good.

We stayed one night on the way to the caverns. Very friendly staff. The kids loved the game room. It has ping pong and games and a large screen tv. We had the site with the swing and concrete patio and it was really nice. The kids loved the free s'mores and the nasa man who came with his telescope....
