My husband and I stayed there last night. We booked it last minute since it was one of the only pet friendly places left. When we opened the door to our room we were met with an overwhelming urine smell. It was so bad I left my bag in the car so it wouldn't touch anything. There were several light...

I’m concerned about your comments about the condition of the pet room during your recent visit. Thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention. We accommodate many guests each evening, and we strive to make their stay a satisfying one. The principal goal of our hotel is to provide dependable service to all of our...

Reservations were made several weeks ago by my daughter-in-law for a birthday celebration stay for my husband and me. Our room appears clean, hence the 3 stars, but it has to be 120 degrees in here. Nobody turned on the air conditioner in anticipation of our arrival. It's 92 outside. The room is so hot and so musty, I must...

Pretty average, nothing great, but nothing bad to say either. Got a great rate, the desk clerks were very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again. About a 10 min walk or 5 min drive from downtown.

Rooms were old, stale and musty smelling, looked dirty, and there were no shower curtains in either room. Stayed for a girls weekend with family from Raleigh area. Realized it is not a big chain motel [there are none in Manteo/Roanoake Island] but for the cost which was over $200 per room per night for a standard double room you...

We stayed here as a birthday getaway mini vacay weekend. Since we are from North Carolina we really love the beach. We usually stay in Nags head when we come in town for a quick get away, but this time my hubby wanted to do something different, with a little familiar. This hotel is one of the nicest in Manteo....

The motel rooms could use some updating. But, the front desk clerks are very courteous. And as it is one of the only pet friendly hotels on all of Roanoke Island, it is certainly booked for that reason. It is super convenient to all tourist points and has a pretty good Italian place adjacent.

My husband and I have stayed her several times and were pleased that they could accommodate our request for a one night visit before going on to our beach cottage. Unfortunately that was short lived as soon as we entered our room. The carpet(pet friendly)was filthy and had obvious pet stains all over it. Room was in total disrepair, moldy...

We stayed at this hotel on our way to the Outer Banks for a Family Week at the Beach. We chose this hotel because it was close to Fort Raleigh National Historic Site. We went to the performance of "The Lost Colony and enjoyed it very much. We also toured the Elizabethan Gardens and the Aquarium. This hotel is centrally...

This hotel is very much in need of renovation! Very disappointed when we arrived and the outdoor pool was covered and unusable. We did find out afterwards that there is an indoor pool that is quite nice! The smell in the room hit you as you opened the door, musty, stale air..my guess is, from the way the ceiling looked,...
