The Grand Hyatt did an incredible job hosting over 1200 Rotarians from all over the world. The guest service was exemplary as we did not meet an employee who did not look us in the eye to greet us or respond to our needs. Food and beverage quality and service was excellent in both the function facilities and public facilities....

Absolutely top-notch all the way. Very helpful staff went out of their way to be of service. I used the concierge service a couple of times for information and once when I misplaced a credit card. They contacted the restaurant (not in the hotel) and were able to verify that my card was there.

Nice room with a view of the bay. Maid service was outstanding. Food was some of the best we have had for an event such as this. Lots of variety for all meal options. Walking distance to Sea Port Village.

Visiting for a Rotary International Conference. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and always with a smile. They were catering for around 1500 of us but the food quality and service was brilliant. Organisation of such a large group of people was extremely efficient.

Very nice hotel: large room and bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Gorgeous harbor view with a window that opens for fresh air. Very busy convention week, but we never had to wait for an elevator. Likewise., the public areas where people could sit and talk were all very clean. The lobby and convention areas are filled with natural light. The buffets...

Make sure they do not have a conference going on. You will end up on a couch bed for 4 nights and the cleaning staff can not keep up. Location can not make up for the disorganization when they are busy.

Excellent hotel, clean, comfy, high end hotel and if you upgrade to an ocean room view, spectacular view of the bay. Close walk to tourist shopping and excellent restaurants. We stayed her due to a conference and was not disappointed.
