This is a nice, mid-range price hotel to stay at. The grounds are kept up and they offer a free breakfast. There is an I-Hop, a Starbucks and a Mexican Restaurant steps away if you so desire. Dogs can stay at no extra cost and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have stayed at the Miramar Poway location and...

Very happy with the desk staff. Good value. Prompt check in and check out. Engineering staff may want to try a little harder on the plumbing installs, and general property maintenance. In standard room with two beds, somebody thought putting a 3' x 4' table to function as a desk would be an upgrade. Unfortunately, the result backfired by putting one bed about a foot away from the A/C unit. So...the choices were to have the room stifling hot, or have one person freeze. Disappointed that only half the lights in...

I have stated at this hotel for 20 years and this is the worst stay yet. No tissues in the room, only one trash can and the coffee creamer had been open. There were barking dogs all night. Three of the four ice makers was not working.

stayed at this property on the 13th of may 2016 for two nights. the rooms were clean but need to be updated. the hotel was very loud due to being right off of i-15. the breakfast was not much to talk about. the staff was very friendly.

Very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Great location, located near major highways. Very good value. They even retrieved a forgotten item after we checked out, and sent it to my home. We will definitely come back.

Stayed at the LaQuinta Miramar while visiting nearby relatives. The facility provided adequate amenities but lacked needed maintenance of bathroom tub and plumbing. There was an obvious dog odor when we first entered the room and several other guests walking their dogs up and down the hallway. We inquired if there were any "dog free" rooms and told there were...

Our room was not ready for check in until 4pm, but otherwise was adequate. The entire facility, while not in disrepair, could use a facelift/update. Their breakfast selection was limited. Staff was friendly.

Stayed in at least a dozen different hotels in San Diego over the years. And for my wants and need, this one ranks among the highest. Pros- no pet fee, free parking, outstanding breakfast. Includes waffle bar, hard boiled eggs (prepared excellently), oat meal, 3 types of cereal, bread, fruit, 3 flavors of juices and of course coffee and tea....

We made a last minute decision to stop overnight here rather than continue on to family on the night of April 20 arriving at around 9pm. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. I wish I had taken a minute to note his name. He went off lickedy split to be sure that the room was cleaned and ready...
