Have been wanting to visit The Andaz in West Hollywood for years, but cannot bring myself to stay anywhere but The London, West Hollywood (we come yearly). So instead we decided to try the San Diego Andaz instead. A complete mistake. I have to say the host Katelyn was superb and let us check in a few hours early and...

Dear Kyle1uk, Providing excellent service is a quality we strive for and do value your feedback. While being centrally located in downtown, noise can become an issue. I do apologize for disturbances that may have caused during your stay. The next time you make it out to San Diego, please consider the Andaz, and I would be happy to place...

Always a great experience. Non conventional high end experience. This hotel is in the perfect location good for Buisness and close to all the action. A quick Walk to the convention center. Rooftop pool is fantastic and the service it great.

We booked last minute whilst staying with friends in North San Diego County as we wanted a night out in the Gaslamp quarter. Initially I was put off by constant reviews mentioning the noise and the additional advice inside the hotel regarding noise on a weekend. Now we either came back too late or our previous stays in Seattle and...

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this hotel. Stopped & asked the guy about parking only to be told that it was 40$ per day but if we went round the corner it would only cost us 15$ per day, brilliant, 90 bucks saved. Our room was very spacious, clean, well laid out and comfortable. The shower...

The rooms were very nice. They were very refreshing and smart. The location was in the heart of the city. Unless you have work in that part of town, u are better off staying closer to the sea/ attractions.

The hotel is very smart in a great location with a pool on the roof which does not have many sun beds to lay out because of the layout they have. They also have a bar on the roof and you can also have food such as breakfast as we did as it was included in the package. The rooms...

A very nice hotel but the noise from traffic outside your room could be a problem. The rooms are of a good quality but my room had a problem with the shower door leaking water because of the seal damaged.

Fine hotel, very good staff...room accommodations did not include dresser draws, small room. Stayed a Saturday night: party atmosphere which is not condusive for families with children. The rooftop pool area was fully occuppied with party going college-age guests. Though, there is nothing wrong with that, it's important to know these things before booking hotel for your family - with...

We were in San Diego for 3 days, stayed in this Hotel. The room was just ok... the curtains were kinda old and i didn't enjoy the fact that my window was facing a homeless shelter with people gathering outside at the street... It make me feel sad and guilty for some reason... Also the fact that the sink of the...

Be careful and make sure you dead bolt your doors here because they give out room keys to other people. My boyfriend crazy ex got a key to our room and came into our room in the morning. Not how I wanted to be woken up.
