The location was perfect, right in the heart of Little Italy. The staff was really friendly and the rooms were clean and cozy. The bed was comfy and the free breakfast was a nice touch. The only downside I see is that there's no parking on-site. We were able to park a block away with no trouble, and that was...

I had an unexpected two night trip to San Diego and found myself here. I worked wirelessly and took a nap in the Courtyard. I walked to downtown. I walked to Little Italy. I engaged in conversation with staff and owners. All good. Pleasantly surprised!!

As the other reviews mention, this is a very quaint hotel in Little Italy with friendly staff, clean rooms, free wifi, and free breakfast. Parking was a little out of the way, given that street cleaning is on early wednesday mornings, but this was expected. However, despite my research, I unexpectedly found my stay to be very noisy. In fact,...

What a lovely hotel! Comfortable room, the ambience of a luxury boutique bed and breakfast inn, and the nicest staff! Thought it would be noisy at night but it was very quiet in our room. Happy hour upon arrival and breakfast provided in the morning. The perfect getway.

My son and I picked this hotel for one night since we absolutely love spending time in downtown San Diego, namely Little Italy. We were dropped off so we had no issues dealing with parking a car. The hotel is on a busy intersection but once inside it is like a little oasis from the busy chaotic streets outside. The...

My wife and I got really surprised. We traveled a lot in California and within this price range Vyvant was the very best option. Good location, very clean. But the strongest highlight is the staff. Very kind and helpfull, all of them, specially Ashley and Taylor. And the breakfest is delicious.

Received a 2 night stay as a gift, and found the location, staff, and room to be wonderful. We upgraded to a room with 2 a kitchenette, plus a private bath (a no-brainer for us) and slept very well. With the front of the hotel facing I-5 (very close) and the side street also being very busy, we were afraid...
