This is a beautiful property and I would stay here again, if they do some updates to the rooms. First, the bathrooms are extremely outdated, old tile, and caulk everywhere. For the price I paid I expected a newer bathroom (at least remodeled in the last ten years). It seems there were leaks around the shower and someone went crazy...

We stayed at the resort this past weekend. What a beautiful place, you would have thought we were in a far off tropical resort. Our bungalow was right on the bay, you opened the sliding glass doors and walked right out to the beach. Everyone was so pleasant and took great care of us!

I stayed here for 3 nights for a romantic getaway. The 'island' the hotel is on is beautiful. There are several scenic areas to take in ocean views, and the flora and fauna is incredible. I liked the convenience of having the restaurants located a short walk from the rooms. Sitting bayside having a seafood meal was another highlight for...

Stayed here for a business conference. The conference facilities are wonderful. The staff members throughout the resort were all very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was efficient and problem free. The resort definitely feels like you are on a tropical island resort in a third-world country. The resort tries to be 5-star with their services and amenities...

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. We had a Lanai room which was bright, clean and and well kept. We had access to a small pool and jacuzzi via the back door of the room which was ideal, though we never made use of any of the other pools in the complex. The grounds of the hotel are extremely...

The meeting facilities and restaurants were very nice.. The rooms are old and tired. They are in need of updating. Ours was dirty. The resort is very spread out, if you mind long walks this is not a good choice. Some people from our group experienced an awful septic smell in their room which never got fixed..

This was a beautiful place--- Don't get me wrong--- Service was fantastic... we enjoyed the Bar and Grill and the Pizza place... over 2 nights of almost $200 in food and beverages. Then to be hit with a MASSIVE check out bill was absurd when we didn't use any of the services.

We paid over $250 for a Premium Lanai King room, and it definitely wasn't premium and we got a queen bed:( The whole resort is tired and worn and the room and bathroom were awful! The bed was squeaky and old and the furniture in the room was scratched and uncomfortable. The bathroom was tiny and the area around the...

Tried to check in at about 3:00 PM and was told that room was not ready...however, for a $50 per night extra charge a beachfront room was available! When room was ready it looked 50 years old with several layers of paint on the walls, rust stains on the bathtub and a dirty bathroom/vanity floor. Restaurant food acceptable but $16...
