This is a great resort. The staff is amazing. We will be returning for sure in August!! Don't miss out on any of the restaurants that are on the property. This resort has everything that you could possibly need.

We booked a night the day before for Valentine's day - a coincidence, and we didn't expect to get 2 rooms for ourselves and our family. While I agree with some of the criticisms in some of the reviews, I think most of them were quite harsh. Yes, the rooms do need a bit of an upgrade, but the beds...

Paradise Point was a great weekend get-a-way. We had a bayside room. Room was clean, although could have used some attention to detail in the bathrooms. Our family really enjoyed being able to open the door and be right on the beach. Beautiful sunset at night. Firepits. I found all the staff to be very friendly. The pool area did...

We had been on the road for a couple of weeks after flying into San Francisco and driving down the coast. We wanted somewhere to relax at the end of the stay, somewhere with amenities and a little bit of luxury. This place had both. There were a couple of good places to eat dinner on the island and lite...

This resort is near downtown, but feels quite far away. Lots of small buildings, disbursed over large grounds, lushly landscaped grounds. Eager, capable staff. However, although the decorating has been updated, the rooms themselves have not. So, familiar amenities (e.g., phone and electrical outlets on or near the nightstand) are missing. Overall a pleasant experience, but not a good value...

As a guest of the hotel for a recent fam trip, I had the pleasure of staying overnight. My room was lovely, tastefully decorated and could not beat the location on the beach or the view. The sales staff from PP and Destinations team were just wonderful hosts and fun people! It was a definitely worthwhile. I look forward to...

This is my first review which should tell you how terrible my visit was. As with many of the other reviews the place is old very dirty the rooms have peeling paint the grounds are dirty everywhere there's no maintenance being done to pick up the dead palms and other plant life. Service was pretty poor in the restaurants. Overall...

This place easily has the potential to get 5 stars from me. But a lot would need to change. The good: The grounds are very pretty. The pools were well spaced and each offered something a little different. Rooms were big and bedroom area was clean. I am not a fan of hard floors but understand to necessity at a...

The resort was fair but had limited activities if you didn't have a car. he rooms could use some updating but I liked the concept of everyone having their own bungalow. It did get rather dark at night walking back to your room after dark.
