Service is nice. Grounds are ok. But the rooms are too musty. Even my clothes had the smell when I got home and unpacked my clothes had that same smell. The grounds are ok, and it is a lovely location

YES, there is an extra $70 per nite for resort fee and parking. We're still incredulous. That said, I'll start with--actually enjoyed the property. Beautiful grounds, restaurants, pools, and beach with very nice concrete fire pits. Arrived at 315, room not ready until 630. The staff was accommodating and comped parking. The premium garden king bungalow had nice entry, whereas...

I had a beautiful view of the bay from my room. The room was not very clean. Someone should be checking the cleaning staffs work. The rooms need some updating. The bed was not comfortable and I didn't sleep well. The staff was excellent and very nice and accommodating. The view from my room was breathtaking. I had a great...

Reasonably priced rooms in a beautiful resort location with lush landscaping. Great onsite food and beverages; kind, attentive staff and unique bungalows. The gym could use some more weights but overall a great experience!

This resort is SO beautiful! I really enjoyed my stay Feb 21-23. My room was nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Upon arrival I hopped on the golf cart got a quick tour before being dropped off at my room. I was able to get an hour late check out time with no fuss. It is off season...

The hotel is a bit run down. Especially for the cost. The general public an access the beach and in our case threw a bonfire/party outside our patio. The hotel can't really stop this activity. The police were finally called to intervene. It was not optimal.

The resort is located in a beautiful setting. The hotel was accomodating with our small group by moving us to rooms close by each other. The conference room was spacious and the food was very good. We had a blast on the 6 person bike rental riding around for 1 hour. It was great having the golf carts handy too....

We enjoyed our stay . Only thing is the cleaning crew should have waited to clean our room . Check out time was 11:00am. We came back and 10am and my apple sauce for my daughter was gone and other things

We carefully booked our family vacation, received the wrong room, was given a cot, glass in parking spot from arrival to departure, late room service, spent full day at seaworld came back to uncleaned room and a knock on the door at 6pm wanting to clean our room. Not very friendly, was not a resort feel. I wouldn't recommend. Very...
