The difference between the regular customer rooms and the pet owner rooms was astounding. If you travel with a pet, best skip this motel. We were mistakenly placed in a regular room but when my husband reminded the check in clerk that we had a small dog with us, they moved us to a different room that was vastly less accommodating. The floor was tacky, the furniture scarred, dirt buildup in the corners, and a dirty foot spread on the bed. At least the sheets appeared clean. This was a seven stay cross country trip and while other motels were doing hot breakfast, Baymont offered cereal bars. Did I mention we paid extra for this room?

Paid $130 for the King Bed, Studio Suite, Pool View, Non-Smoking which looked NOTHING like the photo online, I would have never booked it. Their pictures are very misleading. So disappointed when I opened the door to the room, it was very cramped compared to this picture online. Never again, not me.

Everyone at the hotel was very nice. The only issue we had was the people that were staying across from us. They were very loud and screaming and was kinda scaring our children. They were smoking and you could smell weed really bad in the hallway and in our room when we would come out the door. Luckily they only stayed until Saturday morning and everything was wonderful after that.

Room was very dirty with food and hair everywhere. towels stained used qtips and sticky candy wrappers in drawers. hair in A/C control panel mirrors dirty with hand prints. Jacuzzi tub was dirty we had to go to the walmart and get cleaning supplies to use the tub and tabletops

Excellent place to stay, and affordable. However, there is a safe in the room, and even though you don't use it, you WILL be charged an ADDITIONAL fee for it. This should be included in the room fee and NOT a MANDATORY additional fee.

We enjoyed our stay here. We asked for two extra towels and an extra blanket and they gladly provided them. The room was modern and clean. It has an all-new bathroom, refrigerator, and microwave oven. No breakfast was provided "due to COVID", but our room cost was only $71. including fees and taxes, so we had easily saved enough to buy breakfast take-out meals.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was nice. I enjoyed my staff for a business conference. The check in and out was fast. Housekeeping came by at 830 am to ask if I wanted or needed anything. Wi-Fi was good. Nice place to stay.

The check in was easy & room was nice. The beds were comfortable but room was hot. My husband turned on AC but was loud & rattled. So sleep was disturbed.
It was advertised as “ Breakfast Included”. At check in we were told it was “ Grab and Go” - understandable given COVID. Breakfast consisted of Nature Valley & Quaker granola bars and a coffee machine! We travel a lot so other hotels have had “Grab & Go” yogurt, muffins, fruit , pastries, and coffee. I think this is deceptive because a granola bar isn’t breakfast- maybe a good quality protein bar would pass.

If you have a family of 5 your screwed staying here! They only allow 4 people in a room so they tell you to leave a child. After I told him we already paid he said sorry you’ll get your money back in a week 🤦🏻♀️ After he got attitude he told us we wasn’t allowed to use the pool and this was the manager! In 5 minutes he ruined the kids vacation. People in the parking lot told us all the rooms had mold really bad. I really don’t recommend this hotel they are rude and don’t care about family at all!!

We chose Baymont because it was the only hotel around $100 with an indoor pool. Unfortunately, the air in the pool room was very cold. When checking in, the gentlemen gave us recommendations for dinner, which was a perfect spot, and a lot of hotel details regarding best way to our room and where to park, as well as pool and breakfast hours. The hallways always reeked of cigarette smoke and marijuana. When we got settled for the night we noticed an outlet cover was broken with the outlet exposed and we have a toddler to worry about with outlets as it is. The bed and pillows were comfortable, but when we woke up we noticed several stains on the comforter. Also, there was a head cover or underwear under the nightstand, but I wasn't checking out what it was. We went to breakfast, which was a typical warm, continental breakfast. When loading our truck, we found many nails and a few screws on the sidewalk and in the parking lot. One of the trips down the stairs I twisted my ankle pretty severely due to loose carpeting you could see had been stapled in an attempt to fix it. I never complain, so when checking out and the front desk appreciate asked if everything was ok I initially said yes, but then proceeded to tell her about the stains, outlet and garment. I didn't get so much as an apology from her or the manager next to her, so I didn't bother with the rest of the things I noticed. It did peak his interest and saw him look at my paperwork I'm guessing to see what room I was in. When walking out I did hear her ask if he was reporting what I said and he said "yes", so at least they took me seriously and will hopefully address the few things I told them about.

No, it does not offer anything like that.free water they have that
Yes they do all Suites ( there are 6 suites I believe ) have in room Jacuzzi;s , The Thomas Jefferson Executive Suite (room 202) has one right next to the bed,maybe 3 feet away.. big enough for 2 (as well as a regular bath with tub and shower room, It is also 1 of only 2 suites that has a small balcony overlooking the indoor pool,hot tub and sauna. The room straight across the hall from it is the George Washington Presidential Suite, it has the balcony as well. It has a Jacuzzi ( like this Jacuzzi better 2 people,side by side, one on each end style, with padded headrest) but it is in a separate area from the bed, it has a 2nd TV in a sitting room (as well as the one for bed viewing) this is the room we plan to stay in our next time we can go, Both of these rooms are only doors away from the staircase, also consider 2 things, the balcony is nice but be ready to hear noise from pool area off and on from time pool opens until it closes (8 or 9 am until 10 pm) and the Fitness room also looks out over the pool area, which means it is in between those 2 suites, it was not a problem for us heard the door a few times over a 3 day stay.Even with pool noise and fitness room these are still the best rooms by far if one can afford or splurge as we did ( it was our 10th Anniversary) we never can afford to do anything so we treated ourselves booked a Stay 3 special through TripAdvisor on 4th of July at that,total was under $240.00 (best booking deal and prices for here I could find) Hope this helps someone, we just came home yesterday, Hubby checked his $$ and asked me to book us a room there again this weekend for 1 night before his vacation is over, this says volumes Ladies and Gents.. :) All in All we loved the Baymont and obviously will be going again.Staff was great, from desk to housekeeping. Room was clean and comfy and beds were new and comfy.
Baymont Inn has non smoking rooms. We stay here annually and have never encountered a smoke smell in our non-smoking rooms!
