I arrived to this hotel at 1:30 and they did not have the room that I had reserved. Luckily I did get a room, just not the type i had reserved. My colleague who arrived a little later did not get a room at all. Also heat in room did not work great and was really loud.

We stayed at the Double Tree Bayside for 2 nights. We chose this hotel because of the shuttle, what they don't tell you is that the shuttle only runs 3 days to the sister hotel which is .8 miles from the major attractions in Downtown Boston. Not only is breakfast not included, they charge you $16 per person. (When you...

Great property and Hilton is always my choice, wish I would have known there were no restaurants within walking distance. Although the shuttle to the Conv. Cent. was very convenient, saved a few bucks and available to take me to restaurant district.

Hotel in great location if you do not mind walking 2 blocks to train station. Some reviews stated that hotel guest payed for parking; we did not. They is a sign that states guest will pay $12. Employees were great!! Helpful and all smiles. Room and hotel were clean. Also, the Hampton Inn places your receipt under your door the...

A very comfortable Hotel, close to mass transit into Boston. Much less expensive than staying in downtown Boston. 15-20 minute Cab ride into downtown Boston. A few restaurants within walking distance though we did not take advantage of those.

Pretty much a good hotel. The front desk lady, Riva, was very nice and helpful She was excellent. Hotel was good, rooms are clean and smelling fresh. Location is good for me, as the business I was going to was right at the next building. My only issue with the location, is that there is nothing to eat at with...

We stayed here for 3 nights, and found our room was commodious, clean and comfortable. Front desk were usually helpful. Two slight disappointments: (1)the shuttle bus to downtown runs every hour but is booked up well in advance so there may not be a space when you want it. (However the T station is about 5 minutes walk and an...

We started with a Hilton Airport in Phoenix and it was comfortable and affordable for the short stay of an overnight for our plane the next day. Our room was quiet and there was an airport shuttle which was important. We arrived from London to Boston and called for the shuttle and was told it had just stopped 2 minutes...

Shawna and Amelia at Doubletree Bayside in Boston were extremely helpful when their airport shuttle bus was stuck in traffic. They not only authorized a taxi cab ride, they also compensated our stay with a beautiful bay view and kept us well fed with cookies and snacks. It is very refreshing to know that customer service still exists! Shawna and...

I spent two nights here in mid October 2015. They had a breakfast buffet every morning that was pretty good - however it was not included in the room price. There was only one restaurant within walking distance. I stayed on the 5th floor overlooking the bay and there was no street noise.
