Loved our stay, bed, sheets and pillows were amazing ! Ceiling height on 2nd floor with huge windows was just gorgeous. Room was spacious and the tv was huge. Bathroom was clean and beautiful with good water pressure. Walking distance to everything you need to see, we even walked home from Fenway. Boston is so clean and safe, we were shocked for such a big city. We are coming back again for sure.

Great place to stay around the harbor. The trolley stop and subway stops are within a very short walk. On site restaurant is good, but expensive. Lots of other restaurants around. 7-11 next door is good for coffee and snacks. We stayed in room 812, with a king size bed and very sizable shower. The room was very nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable . There was a small refrigerator, but no coffee maker. Housekeeping is upon request. No valet parking. We opted to take a Lyft from the airport then pick up car from Avis (just across the street) two days later. This saved us quite a bit of money. Many sites within walking distance, or take the trolley. I would definitely stay here again. Price was reasonable in my opinion based on my research. Total for two nights including tax was $689.

After a fair bit of research I opted for this hotel, mainly for being not insanely priced (as opposed to just really expensive, but that's Boston) and being in a good location. It really is in a good location: Aquarium T-station is right by the front door, the waterfront is a very short stroll and the Quincy market is one short street away. I wish I'd know that the first day -you can get great food there, including breakfast and lobster rolls. I did ask where to get lobster rolls and was told a couple of places a bit more of a walk but Quincy is all you need. No breakfast at the hotel -makes sense as the Joia restaurant is way too small, and despite some posts here, there is no longer free coffee in the morning -but they will give you hot (all almost hot) water. Just as well as there is nothing in the room. Many posts state this and, from UK, we really miss this. How hard is it to provide this and kill all the negative comments? -seems like a false economy. Made the mistake of going to a 'donut' chain and paid $25 for two not great coffees and something that looked like breakfast rolls but were stodgy tasteless gloop. Just go to Quincy ... or buy coffee and a pastry from the restaurant or the 'for five' place over the road. The restaurant is actually quite good, also went to Roisin Dubh over the road. Not bad. Getting between room and elevators is a best of a maze, you may need a coloured string to guide you back! I never memorised the half a dozen turns I had to make either direction. About the room, ours was queen beds with city view, quite large room with a planet-sized mirror (trade for a kettle???). Beds OK, a bit soft but they have solid bases with metal corner protectors we kept banging into. Ouch! Of course no bath (aka hot tub) -seems to be a Boston eco-thing. Lousy ventilation, dared not risk opening windows which didn't do a great job with traffic noise (over-ear sound cancelling headphone were necessary as I'm very sensitive to noise). No slippers. Iron board fell apart -but to their credit the staff replaced this pronto. In fact I can't fault the staff. Would I recommend? On balance not but I don't know where else. You want to stay in downtown Boston, this is the deal.

Location is great and the bed is comfy. The rooms are very tired. Desperately needs updating and wouldn’t class it as a boutique hotel. Paid £744 for 2 nights ( $927) The shower pressure not the best and the shower temperature was inconsistent. Paid extra for a City View. To be able to see the City view, you would need to climb onto a chair or to be at least 6ft 5 to be able to look out of the window. The windows also need a clean! No tea or coffee in the room and no breakfast facilities. Every time someone flushes the toilet above and below, our toilet glugs because of the plumbing system. Also don’t assume that your room is cleaned every day! You have to ask for a clean and for fresh towels. Rated this as 2 out of the 5 for value of money.

Lovely hotel in the heart of downtown Boston. Quick check-in. Room cleaning upon request. Toiletries & towels provided. Room had all essentials. Big spacious bathroom. Beds comfortable with soft pillows. Only thing is that rooms with no outside view can feel stuffy after a few days stay. I would suggest if you are staying more than 3 nights pay extra and request proper view.

I would definitely recommend the Harborside Inn to family and friends. Staff were very friendly, and attentive. The room I stayed in was clean, bed was very comfortable and soaps in the bathroom smelled like fresh tangerines. I actually ordered some of the same soaps when I got back home, they came from Italy and smelled delicious! My room did not have a window with an outside view, but was quiet. Location was within walking distance to many downtown Boston attractions and restaurants. Very short Uber ride from Logan Int'l Airport. Very nice restaurant within the Hotel which I would love to dine at during my next stay. Thank you to the Harborside Inn staff that made my stay such a positive experience.

The room was immaculate. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The black out curtains made for the best nights of sleep that I've had in a long time. We were on the first floor with a window to the street and the noise was somehow faint and didn't bother me at all. Excellent location with proximity to Quincy Market.

We truly enjoyed our visit to Boston! Harborside Inn has the perfect location for walking, catching the "T", and shopping. The Aquarium access to the subway is within feet of the hotel entrance. 7-Eleven is also yards away. Quincy Marketplace (food court type eating) is around the corner. The Freedom Trail, Boston Harbor, and North End (great Italian dining) are a few blocks away. The employees at the desk took care of any requests very quickly. We will definitely recommend Harborside Inn to friends and family!

We booked the Harborside direct with the Hotel on line from the UK. We found the room rates cheaper dealing direct with the Hotel rather than using a third party portal. We took the time to check each room type available and went for the King Size Atrium room, bed was huge and comfortable and loads of pillows and even though we were in Boston for a wedding we found plenty of hanging and drawer space for our clothes. We firstly booked 1 night (Weds) and then moved on to a wedding in Newburyport (Thurs/Fri/Sat) returning for Sun for 3 nights. In both instances we were always treated politely by the hotel Staff especially Reception. We used the Blue line from the Airport to the Harborside 2 stops to Aquarium you need to come out on State St you either exit directly outside the Hotel or across the road (look for the 7eleven). As others we found this Hotel close to the Harbour Area and other attractions and eating places Believe me housekeeping requests on a daily basis are not exclusive to Harborside / U.S.A . it happens over here in the UK as well one of the post Covid issues. We used the attached bar/restaurant twice we had breakfast once which was ok but supposedly if you if you are a Hotel Guest if you show your Hotel key you can get a 15% discount off the bill this did not happen to us. We picked this Hotel for its position and easy access to the Airport / Harbour and North Station we found it met this it was quiet comfortable with polite staff we would highly recommend the Harborside Inn.
