From the moment you step into this hotel, you realize something is different. In all of the best ways. From the no tipping policy which makes the service seem so much more sincere, to the clever door bells on each room; everything this in this hotel is thoroughly considered, and well executed.

The customer service is extraordinary. Everyone has a smile and will greet you warmly and engage in conversation with you. They are happy to help you with your needs. The rooms are very nicely appointed. The mattress gave me the best nights rest in a long time. I am going to by a new mattress like that for home. The... More

Seaport Boston Hotel has a non-tipping policy. The personnel go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The rooms are clean, contemporary and comfortable. The location is within walking distance to restaurants on the harbor. We enjoyed breakfast and drinks at the hotel restaurants and both were outstanding. The hotel is also within walking distance a bus/train depot for... More

Very friendly staff. Lovely room with all amenities. Located in Seaport area, not in city centre. Transport into city easy or a 20 minute walk. Restaurants nearby are good. Hotel breakfast extremely nice. Would stay again.

We live locally and thoroughly enjoyed a weekend getaway here. The hotel is beautifully updated with all modern amenities and in a fantastic location. Parking was super convenient, check in was easy and the room was high-end but still very comfortable. The neighborhood is being refurbished and has all kinds of fabulous eateries and points of interest (e.g. ICA and... More

I have stayed at this hotel several times and I LOVE IT. I will not stay anywhere else. The staff can make or break you, and this staff is SPOT ON! The hotel is conveniently located and they do offer a shuttle from the airport. Rooms are always clean. Great location. Thank you for making business a pleasure for me.

This was my first stay at the Boston Seaport Hotel. The hotel is beautiful; rooms were great – very clean and a nice size for the value. I especially loved the pillow menu – you choose from a menu of 10 different pillow options! I tried the water pillow and the buckwheat pillow – such a cool feature to have!... More

Our company held a 2 day business meeting here and I would highly recommend this property. Meeting facilities were excellent, menu was outstanding and the staff was superb. Rooms are nicely appointed and quiet. The hotel is close to the airport and an easy cab ride to downtown and the North End. Overall a great experience.

No wires in sight everything was push button, even the drapes. Comfortable beds & nice décor. Rooms with views were $35 extra but ours was satisfactory. We were boarding a cruise next day so had ltd. time there. Did the Boston Duck tour next morning & returned to hotel for excellent clam chowder before checking out.

Stayed at the Seaport for a work trip. The hotel was beautiful with modern, yet comfortable decor. There was never any problem with noise. It is connected to the World Trade Center Boston and not too far from the convention center. Definitely a newer developed area of town. There are quite a few nice places to eat near by. We... More
